All rooms are air-conditioned for a comfortable and restful sleep.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, a freezer, a water cooker, a rice cooker, a toaster, a coffee machine, a microwave, a complete set of dishes ...
A washing machine and a drying rack are available.
The villa also has an outdoor terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue area.
Large private pool.

Ideally located in a secure residence 24/7 with laundry and taxi service. Close to all amenities, you will find very good restaurants open mornings, midday and evenings as well as small supermarkets 7-Eleven.

Upon arrival my Thai assistant will welcome you. The beds will be made and towels will be available. A professional team will clean every 3 days.

Electricity is excluded; the meter will be taken with you at the entrance of the place, the price is 8 baht KW.

Airport / villa shuttle service available. A private driver will meet you at the exit of the airport and will lead you to the villa of your holidays.
Scooters available for rent during your stay, possibility to drop them at the villa for your arrival.

Perfect Pattaya

Beautiful home in a wonderful location. The pool was wonderful and we had everything we needed for a perfect week in Pattaya! The host was fabulous and handled everything for us. We will definitely be back to enjoy Pattaya while staying in this lovely house.

Visited Pattaya many times and always loved it. The villa was situated ideally between jomtien and Pattaya centre. The host was fabulous to deal with and the villa was perfect for our stay. It had everything we needed. I would definitely book again. Thank you for your hospitality and hope to see you again soon.

Don’t book this Vila

Booked this Vila on the understanding it had the advertised 4 en-suite bathrooms. It didn’t it only had 4 bathrooms only 2 en-suite. Got promised a security box for each room. Only had 1 box in the kitchen. Advertised as 5 minutes from walking street. When questioned we was told 5 minutes by scooter (I not even possible another lie) Front door security was a padlock inside and out. Windows secured by cupboard bolts. Not at all secure !!! Property was not cleaned and had lots of building material around the back by the back door. The Vila next door was having major building work completed also. We requested to swap for somewhere more suitable as we only booked as per the requirements I.E en-suite and safety boxes but got told none available. This compromise could not be completed. Informed via agent that we must cancel via website to get a refund stating the reasons why but when cancelled we have been refused a refund. We did not spend a single night in this Vila for the following reasons. Just to clarify 1 this Vila is not secure, 2. it does not have 4 en-suite bathrooms. 3. Unless you have a very fast bike and a clear road with no traffic lights you will never be 5 minutes from walking street. 4. It is tired and dated with 5. It is advertised with free cleaning. We got charged in the booking for cleaning charges We had to get alternative accommodation to complete our holiday. The agent has refused a refund and refuses to communicate with me despite being presented with photographic proof. HomeAway say they can do nothing to help. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS VILA IT IS FALSELY ADVERTISED. AND WELL OVERPRICED..

It is obvious that homeaways did not want to pay you back because everything you wrote is wrong. If that had been true, Homeaways would have intervened without delay and without hesitation. If this were true we would only have bad reviews of our 6 villas in Pattaya. The real reason for your dissatisfaction is that you arrived at 3 people and that one of the people did not want to stay in a house, you invented all kinds of pretexts to try to get a refund, but it did not worked. You had to agree with your friends before booking a villa. We are at the service of our customers and we respect them, but we do not have to undergo your changes of mood or idea. Homeaways knows this and has proved us right.
