Very good place but service is not so good

Very good place, near shops, lift, cafe & restaurant. Very good view from window. But service was not so good: bedclothes on the beds in the leaving room was not good, some problems with kitchen utensils (no kettle, very bad griddles, no cutting board), very strange battery modes. In one day we had problem with electricity (was repair work in the building)

Unfortunately, there were some problems with electricity in the entire building because of some maintenance works not depending on us. As soon as you announced the problem, we did all we could do in those circumstances. We mean to better the kitchen equipment. Thank you for your stay.
