Beautiful house of 190m2 set in its own large grounds (15,000m2) and situated in Cap de BarberÌa., near the most famous lighthouse on the island, It borders a wood and has stunning views over the Formentera countryside to Ibiza.



The house is in an agricultural area where even the roads of yesterday are preserved where it seems that time has not passed, beautiful surroundings and near the beach of Cala Saona, the best place on the island to enjoy sunsets.



Casa Formentera has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: two large en suite double bedrooms and one children’s bedroom with 4 beds and its own bathroom. It has 3 covered porches and a swimming pool and is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden full of aromatic plants. The interior has been decorated with a hippy chic feel, blending the traditional with the modern with all bedrooms powered by air con and also the living room.



Its decor enthrall you with his feeling of LOVE & PEACE! the motto of the inhabitants of this house.



The nearest town Sant Francesc is 10 minutes from the house, the trendiest spot of the island, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants and markets in a relaxed and very Mediterranean atmosphere.

Schöne ubd ruhige Finca

die finca liegt recht zentral in der Mitte der Insel und von dort aus ist alles innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Jedoch würden wir definitiv immer ein Mietauto empfehlen und keine Roller da die Wege Schotterwege sind und man mit Roller entsprechend gefährlich unterwegs ist. Die finca entspricht den Bildern und ist voll ausgestattet. zwei Mangos die wir festgestellt haben: zum einen die finca verfügt nicht über eine Klimaanlage und die Belüftung der Schlafzimmer ist zwar mit Ventilator möglich aber dennoch wird es sehr heiß und der Pool ist doch ein ganzes Stück von der finca weg, man hat kein WLAN und auch keinerlei Schatten am Pool. für uns war das kein großes Thema da wir größtenteils am Strand waren. Die Echsen im Haus muss man in Kauf nehmen da sie reinkommen in dem Moment wenn die Türen offen stehen. Ansonsten waren wir happy mit dem Aufenthalt.

Disappointing

The house itself is interesting and fairly comfortable if one overlooks that there is no air conditioning, no screens in the windows, and no mosquito nets for beds. The beds in the children's room are too small for teenagers and there were ants in these beds... The pool is too far away from the house and is too small. There is no lighting by the pool (generally some of the lights in the house did not work). There were no adequate sun umbrellas by the pool or lounges. In total the stay was very disappointing and there was no value for money. My entire family rated it as a 4 from 10 and we rent houses every summer with much better experiences...
