About this property

House House-Villa with pool, overlooking Ibiza, fields with olive and private forest

The main house of the property consists of an original farm house dating from the late nineteenth century, built with thick stone walls and wooden beams, which has added a new construction built building. The old and some new, totaling an area of ​​about 300 square meters, are joined by a dealer. In the old part are the bedrooms (1 bedroom suite, 2 double bedrooms, chillout area with 2 beds and a loft with 2 more beds in total could accommodate up seats DE10, but preferably would sleeps 8), 2 bathrooms and a spacious lounge with a relaxation area. In the new part is located the main hall, dining room and a modern open kitchen, all with wooden ceilings. The property has a large front porch with an outdoor table and a sofa area, a booth in the back and around the house more than 400 square meters of wooden decks (deck) on different levels, plus a roof on the top floor from where the views are spectacular. In front of the house is the pool (20 meters long) integrated into the "deck" by a high stone parapet. The whole house enjoys stunning views of Ibiza. Covered parking for two vehicles.
