For everyone's safety, we have exterior cameras, exclusively to ensure the tranquility and safety of guests. Regarding the noise caused by the circulation of vehicles, we understand your observation. This is a specific and sporadic situation, as the area is rural and vehicle circulation is generally very low. In general, we are happy that you enjoyed your stay and we thank you for your preference.

really during the stay the climatic conditions in Madeira Island were adverse, however, the climate is a variable that the proprietress regrettably can not change. The house LAURISHOUSE has everything for a great stay and this is confirmed by all its guests. Thank you

Comments are always welcomed. There is only a simple camera outside the house, which only serves to protect guests in case there is any intrusion on the property, without consent, a situation that has never happened. Regarding the pool, the heating, as is understandable, has a standard temperature included in the daily price of the house, however, for higher temperatures there is an additional cost. During his stay, the guest had water between 24 and 26 degrees, however, without authorization, he tampered with the pool's heating equipment, changing the temperature to 32 degrees, violating the house rules. The guest was alerted several times to the situation, however, he insisted on handling the pool heating equipment without authorization, going against the owner's instructions and information on several occasions. The house has a heated pool and no jacuzzi.

We regret to inform you that your allegations are not entirely true. On the eve of your arrival, we were asked for the pool to be at 32 degrees, a requirement that was not in accordance with the payment made. Regarding other statements, we cannot confirm their veracity either. We would also like to highlight that the comments from other guests about our house have been completely positive, which leads us to conclude that their conduct and statements were not guided by the respect and consideration that is expected when staying in a holiday home. We suggest that you check the reviews of this couple with other hosts to better assess their suitability. I do not recommend these guests to any host. We wish you to be happy!
