The apartment has a double bedroom, a bunk bed and a sofa bed located in the living room, 1 bathroom, equipped kitchen and living room.
If you decide to spend your holidays in this charming accommodation you will feel at home because you will enjoy all the comforts you are used to: air conditioner (Cold air, Hot), electric shovels, washing machine, coffee machine, iron, television I'm at your disposal.
The location of this apartment allows you to forget your car and reach the Punta Negra beach along a small path in the Mediterranean that leaves at the foot of the garden.
But if you decide to discover this wonderful area of Sardinia you will be in a strategic position close to the most beautiful beaches: the Pelosa with its crystal clear sea and white sand and the salt pans with its white pebbles are only 3 km away from home. You will discover the naturalistic oasis of Asinara where you will be struck by an extraordinary nature surrounded by a turquoise sea. Punta negra is 25 km from Porto Torres and 45 km from Alghero airport.
The market takes place in the village once a week, and during the summer a busy program of cultural events and shows is organized.
Possibility of excursions by train or off-road in the National Park of the island of Asinara that you can also visit with excursions of fishing tourism. Departures from the port of Stintino (1.8 km from the house) .................................... ................

Top location, perfect flat for a relaxing holiday

I can stronlgy recommend the location and the flat. The flat is small but very comfortable, equipped with full new furniture as well as each and every feature that you might need for a pleasent holiday. The location is amazing. Strongly recommended for a relaxing within the fantastic mediterranean nature. Stintino, a small and nice fisher harbor, is only few minutes drive away. There you can find any service you need (chemistry, shops etc.). I recommend and "aperitivo" or a dinner in the Darsena restaurant, great service and outstanding food! Moreover you can reach by car some of the most famous beaches in Sardinia (Le saline, la pelosa, Ezzi Mannu, Rena Majore, Coscia di donne... etc) .Michele, the owner, is nice and always available. Great holiday, I can only recommend to try it yourself.
