I apologise that the guest had to wait for the check in. However, as stated in the description check in is after 3pm. Early check in is by discretion.We did not come to any arrangement for early check in. The guest did not communicate his arrival time in advance as requested. The guest also never informed me of an intention to stay elsewhere. As far as I'm aware the guest had possession of the apartment for the entire time it was booked.take on board the need to improve the check in process. To address this I will introduce a smoother self check in process.
