The Serena Aparments are situated about 250/300 meters from the Straccoligno beach (a sandy beach with shallow backdrop suitable for kids) and are sorrounded by the Mediterranea and here the mix of perfume of the earth and the sea is truly unmistakable, 2 individual cottages (two-rooms and a three-room and four three-rooms apartments are in a cottage on 2 levels), all with barbecue, private parking and private outside shower . Capoliveri is distant 5 minute driving

In addiction, it has garden, parking place, outside shower and barbecue.
The nearest sandy beach is Straccoligno, only 250/300m away, where you will find restaurant, Cafè and sunshade/deckchairs rental.
There is also the beach of Ferrato with picnic area, 800ms away.

Wir waren im Sommer 2025 auf Elba und hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Haus liegt ungefähr 250 m oberhalb einer sehr schönen Bucht mit kristallklar Wasser. Am Haus ist immer ein Lüftchen. Es ist nicht zu heiß die Lage ist optimal in der Nähe zu Caprivi. Die Betreuung durch Luca und auch die Besitzer war wunderbar. Wir fühlt uns sehr gut betreut! Als es zu einem Stromausfall kam, wurden alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um wieder für Strom zu sorgen! Damit war wir sehr zufrieden. Als Verbesserungsvorschlag würden wir angeben, dass neue bequeme Matratzen angeschafft werden. Diese waren recht unbequem.Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Urlaub und hatten zwei sehr schöne Wochen auf Elba.
