Wi-fi free, new house (2006) in Alcúdia decorated and tastefully furnished. With two bedrooms and a loft with room for 4 adults and two children, large living room, two bathrooms one in the pool, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, grinder, food processor, juicer, swings etc .. It has a spacious terrace, 1000 m manicured garden with flowers and rose garden, private pool with sun loungers and barbecue precious oven. It is surrounded by countryside in a quiet, intimate and quiet place. 5 minutes from the walled city of Alcudia and its beautiful old town and 5 minutes from the pretty village of Pollença, 3 km from Puerto de Alcudia where you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and many leisure and fun. The house is warm and comfortable cozy with all the details necessary for a memorable vacation, we want our customers feel at home, CAN MALANYO you will love

Wonderful Villa

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. the location is great, really easy to get to and just a short trip to lots of beach options. The hosts are always available and gave lots of good local recommendations. The villa has everything you need and the pool is brilliant. We will be back!

Wonderful villa

We had a fantastic week in this beautiful villa. The owners were so responsive and helpful, villa was clean and well equipped. Excellent WiFi and air con throughout (which was very welcome in 36 degree heat) lovely pool (don’t buy inflatables they have a stock of loads!) and outside area with comfortable seating, BBQ, pool shower area and pretty gardens. We can’t wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

Wonderful relaxing stay

We felt very welcome by the owners. We took their recommendations for restaurants and a trip to Cabrera, the blue sea cave was a highlight. The villa is stunning. It is better than the photos! We spent many hours in the pool and had lunch on the veranda daily. It was very peaceful and the perfect break away.

Heavenly oasis

Lovely country side estate! Very private with beautiful private pool. House has two large bedrooms. One had two twin beds, which was about the only downfall. Kitchen was perfectly supplied, even lots of Tupperware! We had bikes delivered and enjoyed biking every day! Highly recommended!

Wonderful property

My family and I had the most wonderful holiday staying at this beautiful villa. The property and surrounding grounds are impressive, peaceful, clean and well maintained, with excellent facilities. Amazing views of the surrounding countryside and fantastic location with Alcudia and Puerto Pollenca close by. The owners were very attentive and keen to ensure we got the most out of our stay. We will definitely be looking to stay again in the very near future. We fully recommend this property to anyone considering booking. You won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful and peaceful

My family and I found the property just the most wonderful place that suited us and what we wanted from a holiday perfect. It was quite and peaceful with stunning views, especially of the sun set. The property felt just like being at home, was beautifully presented and had all the amenities you would ever need. The host's were so kind and friendly and ensured you had the best stay possible. Even down to the blow up flamingo which we named Frank!!

Great house, secluded but easy access to towns

The house was exactly as described. Its location is ideal- no other houses nearby, surrounded by fields but 1 minute drive to the main rd into Alcúdia but no traffic noise. Definitely need a car but then quick to get to both Alcúdia and Pollença. The property manager was quick to solve any issues (additional key, fan for the mezzanine)..it was too hot to cook outside which was a shame as we would have liked to bbq and use the pizza oven but the temperatures were too hot. Whilst secluded the property had safe access behind gates. The pool is a perfect size and there’s lots of shaded seating too. A perfect house all round!

Peaceful and relaxing

We enjoyed a wonderful 10 nights in this lovely villa. Juan and Maria have created a villa that is homely and spacious with a fantastic pool and outside area - we loved it. When we arrived Juan came to meet us and said he wanted us to feel the villa was our home and that was exactly how we felt! Although situated in countryside the villa is only a few miles from Alcudia and Pollenca, with the Tramuntana mountains within easy driving distance. We spent many a morning and evening watching the sun rise and set over them from the terrace of the villa. Like other guests, We too loved the inflatable flamingo and we affectionately called her Flo! This was our first time to Majorca and the island and villa did not disappoint. Thank you Juan and Maria!

Beautiful villa in a wonderful peaceful location

C’an Malanyo is wonderful. Juan and Maria Originally made this to be their own home and you can tell. They care for this as if they lived there themselves. They also were so helpful and patient with me as this was my first time here in Mallorca. They gave us amazing tips for places to go visit and eat at. I felt as if they treated us like their own family and this made all the difference. We spent a lot of time at the villa in their amazing salt pool. Everything was super clean. There were a few things missing that I thought should have been there, like salt, olive oil, paper towels laundry, laundry soap, etc.. .. but I American and it seems this isn’t common to have in Spain for rental properties. I bought all these things and just left them there for the next guest as we had to fly. The kitchen was very well equipped otherwise. All in all it was a lovely stay and we hope to go back. Thank you Juan and Maria.

Diese Finca lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Gemütlich, im mallorquinischen Stil, eingerichtet. In der Küche fehlt es an nix und es ist alles sauber! Der Garten und Pool top gepflegt, die Lage sehr ruhig-da keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Juan, der Vermieter gibt auch Tipps zu lokalen Veranstaltungen vor Ort und hat uns, aufgrund einer verspäteten Anreise, mit Gebäck und Getränken in der Finca überrascht. Wir können diesen Ort der Besinnlichkeit nur empfehlen.

Wonderful house for a great holiday

We really enjoyed our 7day stay at Can Malanyo. The house, pool and surrounding garden was even better than expected. We had everything you can wish for, the house was very well equipped for 6 persons wanting to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Great outdoor spaces both close to the house and to the pool perfect for barbeque and socializing. A kitchen with all appliances with dining table and TV room in an open space, 2 separate bedrooms and a big bathroom in the main building that had welcomed air con. Separate house with bathroom close to the pool. Calm and relaxing environment in the secluded garden but still close, 7-10 min by car, to Alcudia and Pollenca city centers with stores and restaurants. Beautiful beaches and sightseeing points a short drive away. With the exceptional hospitality of the host we felt very welcomed. We can highly recommend a stay in this beautiful villa!
