Obviously it is down a narrow private road/ footpath, parking is good but limited .Directions were very helpful for reassurance going in the right direction .Steps up to property and then flight of stairs up to main part of property. Beautiful views from dinning area and kitchen as well as one of the bedrooms and balcony. Lovely watching the activities on the river .Great walks along the river and cliff path .The kitchen is well equipped with everything you would need. Slight issues with electric if too many items turned on .Two lounge areas one on each floor. Games and books .The owner lives in the lower area of the house , they are friendly and helpful
