Family house on the outskirts of Avignon

We live in Rognonas, a small village located a few minutes from Avignon, near Arles, Camargue, Alpilles, Baux de Provence and Saint Remy. Our house of 130m2 on a plot of 800m2, is located in a quiet subdivision just minutes from the village center, where you will find all the necessary shops. Not overlooked and very quiet, our location is ideal. We offer three bedrooms, including a master suite with walk-in shower room and dressing room, on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs with toilet and bathroom.
The kitchen is open to the living room, all overlooking a terrace of 30m2, with pergola and plancha. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, ceramic hob and induction, vacuum cleaner, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, blender, dishwasher. In the back kitchen, there is a microwave, a washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board.

The living-dining-room consists of a large table for 6 people, a counter, a TV corner with sofa and coffee table.

Upstairs the bedrooms have a large bed 140 for the first and two pull-out beds for the second, in 190x90, which can turn into a large bed of 180x190. The floor is air conditioned.
The bathroom has a large shower, a bath and two basins. The toilets are separated.
All windows are protected by mosquito nets.

The garden is sported, with swimming pool of 9m on 4m reassured by barriers and shutter, and a shelter under which it is possible to have lunch or to take the aperitif by the swimming pool. You will find in the garden games for children, a ping pong table, a wooden shelter to store bicycles.
Baby equipment is available: changing table with integrated bath for babies under 3 months, a high chair, an umbrella bed. In the garden: hut, sandpit, balloons ...
