This big beautiful Georgian house is situated 2 1/2 miles from the Devon town of Holsworthy and can sleep 14 people in seven bedrooms.

Parnacott is a beautiful and elegant Georgian house near the Devon town of Holsworthy. The house sleeps 14 people in seven bedrooms, a double and a twin on the ground floor sharing a shower room with wc, and three double (one can convert to twin and one has an en suite bathroom) and two twin upstairs, plus a bathroom and shower room. On the ground floor are a drawing room with open fire, a dining room, a kitchen, a sitting/breakfast room with wood burning stove and a children’s sitting room. Outside are twelve acres of grounds and table tennis in a barn, plus parking for ten cars. Just 2½ miles from the interesting town of Holsworthy and 8 miles from the beach at Bude, Parnacott is a special place for a sociable break in Devon. Note: Hot Tub (supplement applies)

Amenities: Central heating, electric fires, night storage heating, open fire with wood burning stove. Microwave, fridge, fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi, Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available on request. Off road parking for 10 cars. Childrens play area, barbecue. Hot tub with capacity up to 7 people (supplement applies). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Parnacott has a wedding licence available for petite intimate weddings on site by prior arrangement. There is lots of space for children to play, with 12 acres of grounds to explore, and beautiful gardens to enjoy!
