Disappointed, did not live up to expectations
A wonderfully-sized house in a great location for walking to the town. Whilst the listing was clear that there was no vehicle access to the property, it wasn't clear at all that there is zero convenient parking nearby, something that could/should have been made clear in the description. The house itself was very spacious and ideal for the two of us. but could do with a thorough make over, it is shabby unkempt throughout, could do with a coat of fresh paint and repairs etc The description stated clearly that no pets are allowed and yet not long after arriving our allergies indicated otherwise. It became quite distressing so much so that we couldn't use the lounge and had to restrict ourselves to the kitchen/diner with the patio doors open. Thankfully the weather allowed us to do this. It was also disappointing that the kitchen was dirty. Grime around and in the ovens put us off using them. Some of the bowls and cutlery weren't clean either. As I said disappointing
