This house has a seafront location with uninterrupted and expansive views over the sea. The view is framed by Trevose Head on the left and Trevone s round hole on the right. The house is perfect for those wanting to enjoy the sea from the house.
The house is semi-detached period property with tall ceilings and well-proportioned rooms. There are two double bedrooms, two twin rooms and one attic room with four single beds. Every bedroom has stunning views over the sea which is so close one can watch the waves breaking. The house faces to the north west and so the sun sets over the sea (in summer) and the sun room is a magical place to sit and watch the sea.
One the ground floor the house has a wetroom with a double shower and a door directly to the garden so that you can come in from the beach and go directly into the shower.
