Spacious living room with a 3 seater sofa bed and 2 seater sofa. Modern fitted kitchen with all necessary appliances (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, microwave oven, large fridge with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.). Very nice apartment but not for all

Very nice apartment in excellent location. Very well equipped but need to know if you are British there are only news programs in English. Also need to be aware that there are 18 steps leading to the door.

Vous avez raison, mon appartement ne correspond pas aux personnes qui ne savent pas monter 18 marches. L'avantage de ces 18 marches est que vous n'avez pas de voisin au dessus donc vous n'entendez pas de bruit contrairement à ceux qui sont au rez-de-chaussée. L'avantage également de ces 18 marches est que vous avez une vue EXEPTIONNELLE avec vue sur la mer, la montagne, l'île de la Gomera et la piscine contrairement aux appartements du rez-de-chaussée qui ont une vue sur la piscine et sur tous les voisins. L'avantage aussi de ces 18 marches est que vous avez votre propre INTIMITÉ contrairement aux appartements du rez-de-chaussée qui sont COLLES les uns aux autres. Par ailleurs, mon appartement est connecté à la parabole par satellite du complexe ce qui permet de capter des dizaines de chaînes de télévision en différentes langues

Alles genau so wie angegeben - sehr wohl gefühlt!

Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist sehr akkurat - es ist genau so wie beschrieben. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich; die Interaktion war absolut unkompliziert. Sollten Sie eine Frage zur Unterkunft vor der Buchung haben - kontaktieren Sie den Vermieter: er wird nach unserer Erfahrung umgehend antworten. Die Anlage selbst war in beiden ersten Novemberwochen sehr ruhig. Auf der Dachterrasse kann man die Sonne den ganzen Tag geniessen.
