South of La Rochelle, located in the heart of an old farm between Rochefort and Royan, this cottage, with a capacity of 4 people can be rented independently or in addition to our other cottages: Aix cottages (8/10 pers .) and Oléron (8/10 pers.).

For relaxation, you will have permanent access to the heated indoor pool all year (common to rentals); this pool is shared with 3 cottages present on the field.

Our cottages are old outbuildings completely renovated and furnished to make places of rest and relaxation.

The lodging "Brouage" was classified Meublé de tourisme 3 stars and labeled 2 keys Clévacances. A guarantee of comfort for a successful holiday!

This accommodation is a single storey house. It consists of two bedrooms (1 bed 140 and 2 beds 90), a living room (TV, DVD player, wired internet connection and Wifi available), a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer), a bathroom (washing machine, dryer) and a covered outdoor terrace with breathtaking views of the ramparts of Brouage and the bell tower of Marennes.

You will have at your disposal a private parking, the garden of 1500 m ² equipped with a portico for children, a ping-pong table, a barbecue and a living room of garden.
