Charming cottage, new, quiet, near La Tremblade.

Cottage 60m2 for 4 people, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, small enclosed garden

We welcome you to our gîte, adjoining our house, but completely independent (private garden and separate entrance), with closed parking, shared with the owner.

The accommodation consists of:

Kitchen / Living room overlooking the garden with small terrace, facing EAST. Dishwasher- TV- Washing machine- Toaster- Coffee maker- Microwaves
1 spacious bedroom with 1 bed in 160 with large dressing room
1 bedroom with pull-out bed (convertible into 2 single beds, or a large 170cm bed) and 1 closet
1 large bathroom with bath and shower
Separate WC.
1 baby bed with mattress, as well as a small bathtub and a high chair are available on request.

- The center of Arvert with all its shops and its organic market (Friday) at 1km

-The beautiful beaches of the Wild Coast: 8 kms,
-Royan 25kms, Saintes 30kms
-La Palmyre with its picturesque market, its Zoo, and its superb Golf: 9kms
-Ronce les Bains: 8kms
-You will love strolling at La Tremblade, and along the Seudre, lined with colorful oyster huts.
-Many cycle paths will lead you through the magnificent Coubre forest, to the beaches, or perhaps, prefer to pedal in the countryside to discover the marshes.
-Do not miss, of course, a ride on the island of Oléron: 25kms

Peaceful relaxing stay

Very Good

The property is very well presented, with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It is in a quiet, residential area, very convenient for shops and access to beaches and many points of interest. Pascale and Phillips are warm and welcoming hosts and look after their guests very well.

Lovely quiet gite within a short distance of everything

We spent 2 weeks cycling around the area on safe routes. Surrounded by brilliant species of birds - seen in the garden - hoopoe, green woodpecker, cuckoo, turtle doves. The owner Pascale is very discreet but on hand if you need anything.

Das sehr geräumige und sehr saubere Ferienhaus bietet im Grunde einen angenehmen Aufenthaltsort in einer ruhigen Siedlung, nahe zum Meer und zu den Austernlokalen etc. Wir hätten unseren Aufenthalt dort auch weit mehr genießen können, wenn bei den sehr tiefen Temperaturen, die in der Woche herrschten, als wir unseren Teilurlaub dort verbrachten, die Heizung angestellt gewesen wäre. Das bedurfte erst einiger Bitten und Nachfragen, Madame Pascale schickte dann zwar einen Techniker, der die Heizung nach zwei Tagen anstellte, was aber nicht die gewünschte Wärme erbrachte, da sich der Temperaturfühler in einem sonnigen Raum im 1. Stock des Haupthauses befand. Das hat, obwohl wir sehr viel unterwegs waren, unser Wohlbefinden um einiges reduziert. Angenehm wäre es auch ohne Kälteeinbruch, wenn sich in der im Hauptfoto gezeigten Wohnküche zum schmalen Sofa ein bequehmer Sessel gesellen würde.Ansonsten ist das Ferienhaus auch für mehr als zwei Personen uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, diskrete und wirklich freundliche Vermieter. Fußläufig (1,3km) sind zahlteiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Zu den Stränden fährt man ca.10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten entspannen.

Reçus comme à la maison. Propriétaire accueillante et à l'écoute. Location bien équipée et propre, au calme avec de grande pièces. Terrain privatif cloturé où notre petit s'est donné. Et les prunes sont drôlement bonnes. On reviendra!

Très belle maison

Charmant lieu dans un petit écrin de verdure

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à 3 personnes, bien profité de la terrasse aménagée sur le jardin pour les repas avec tranquillité et intimité assurées. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et disponibles. Rien à dire sur l'équipement et le soin apporté aux détails (plantes vertes, déco, documentation touristique, 2 vélos et BBQ prêtés...) À recommander
