About this property
1 BEDROOM AVAILABLE IN A 2 BED FLAT
A cosy room with your own private bathroom in Essex (Grays) situated close to The Lakeside retail shopping centre. The flat is also only a 20 minutes drive to Romford and Dartford with good connections to the A13 or A12. The room has a double bed, toiletries and freshly laundered bedding and access to free parking.
We have good transport link to nearby towns such as Tillbury, Southend, Dagenham and London Fenchurch Street (using the C2C train service which is only a 8 minute walk to the flat)
The space
A cosy room with a double bed, toiletries and freshly laundered bedding and towels is provided for your stay with me. The room has a window view that leads out to kitchen & your own private balcony. The room offers free fibre broad band, and you will have access to a wardrobe for storage and free parking.
The trains are quite frequent with up to 4 per hour and it’s a 30 minute commute to London Fenchurch street via West Ham.
Lakeside retail park is a 10 minutes’ drive and has shops, cinema and restaurants to carter for all taste buds. Grays town centre and supermarkets are 5 minutes’ drive. A 3 minutes’ walk will take you to our local newsagents for any emergencies that you may need and the nearest petrol station is 2 streets away.
Guest access
You will have your own shower and toilet and can share the kitchen with us should you wish to cook. You are also free to sit and watch TV.
Interaction with guests
You are welcome to sit and chat with me, but otherwise I am more than happy to leave you to enjoy your stay with little interaction.
