Summary
This superb 2 bedroom apartment is located a short walk from Harrogate’s many attractions at the bottom end of the ‘ever popular’ Cold Bath Road, known for its delis, cafes, restaurants and independent shops. There is also a supermarket 5 mins walk away.

Close to the stunning Valley Garden's park, the 200 acre Stray and the Conference Centre, the two bedroom apartment works well for both business and leisure as well as for families looking to visit the area's many attractions.
The apartment is located on the second floor of an historic building, accessed from a communal hall and stairway. The apartment door opens into a hall off which all the rooms are located, with an intercom entry system.

Accommodation
The accommodation comprises of a spacious lifestyle room with two large sofas and a coffee table, and in the bay window a dining table with seating for 4 people. The kitchen includes electric hob and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, washer and plenty of work top space.
TV can be used to watch live TV and record programmes as well as accessing BBC iPlayer, ITV hub and Netflix.

To the rear of the property there is a light double bedroom with king size bed, wardrobe and dressing table. Adjacent is the shared bathroom which is spacious and contains a bath with shower over, WC and basin. Across the hall is a second bedroom, with two single beds, a dressing table and wardrobe and views to the front. All windows in the apartment are double glazed.

This flat was perfect for a week in town visiting my husband's parents. The location is perfect, just a short walk to all the great shops and restaurants in central Harrogate. Please note that this flat is up two flights of stairs, so would not be ideal for anyone with mobility issues.

All instructions re free parking ( tricky in Harrogate) were given well ahead of our visit. Access was easy and the flat was exactly as described. It was extremely clean with ample towels and beds nicely made up. Bathroom was well appointed with shower over bath and hot water was plentiful. Kitchen also well appointed . We managed to get the TV to work so all was good. Excellent location as pubs, bars and restaurants were in abundance all round us. All the sights like Spa and pump room were very near and accessible. We were impressed with the shops in Harrogate again no more than 10 minutes walk away ..as was Betty's! A great rental all round

Ideal for visit to Harrogate

First visit to Harrogate - wanted to see the town itself and visit various nearby attractions - Brimlow Rocks, RHS Harlow Carr, Fountains Abbey and Harewood House - none disappointed. The flat was lovely and had alomost everthing we needed. We did notice the lack of a wooden spoon for use with the non-stick pans to make porridge for breakfast. The location is very closer to the centre of Harrogate and its many interesting shops and restaurents and also a nice park for a walk in the evening sunchine. The only real downside is the lack of a parking space nearby - I realise this is not the fault of the owners but it was a bit annoying having to find a parking space 10 mins walk away, and it made unloading an loading a bit more of a hassle. But otherwise it was great - and thanks for the bottle of prosecco! Gloria & Richard Fisker
