A magnificent luxurious 3 bedroom villa beautifully furnished, sleeps 6, is divided on 2 floors. From the hall way is an en-suite bedroom with a redone bathroom beautifully finished and on the opposite side is a spacious living room with a open fire place. The living room leads to the dining room which has an elegant dining table for 6.

The beautiful terrace with elegant outdoor furniture sits outside the living room and will certainly bring extra flavor to a glass of wine or a great meal. From here, the terrace overlooks the majestic garden and swimming pool which is divided with a see-through, wall for extra privacy, all this sits amongst pine trees and perfectly positioned within the very pleasant and private gardens of the villa for you to cool off under the sun's rays.

The kitchen may be accessed through the dining room and leads directly to the garden. It is an open plan fully equipped kitchen with modern finishing and center island, all with black granite countertops.

Stepping down from the living room between the top floor and ground floor is the master bedroom suite, elegantly decorated, it overlooks the garden and pool with a beautiful flowery bougainvillea as a next door neighbour on the window side. From here a few steps down, the ground floor holds two more guests rooms with twin bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms lead to the pool patio and seating areas through glazed sliding doors.

The pool is surrounded with extensive terracing with elegant welcoming sun beds that are also a part of this beautiful scenery, which will be accompanied with birds’ singing by day and crickets by night.

The well attended landscaped garden goes all around the villa. The garden has large mature pine trees, palm trees, shrubs, flowers and lawn areas which can be used to take in some sunny rays or just for a moment’s relaxation.

The drive-way has original Portuguese calçada, that combined with the villas architecture brings that Algarve sea side feeling.
