Each studio has a well equipped kitchen and separate shower/toilet.
Private balconies with sea views. We have a garden and an olive grove.

Each studio sleeps 2 people. 3 studios have double beds. Two have the option of a double or twin beds.
Modern cool, calm, decor. Marble floors. Newly refurbished bathrooms. Modern tiling, semi circle shower base with white curtain. Hairdryer etc.
Also a seating area front of the studio.
Free wifi throughout. Flatscreen TV.
Shady free parking.

Cleaning & change of linen and towels every 4 days.
1km from Vathi beach. boasting fresh springs, a river running into the sea. Beautiful unspoilt beach.

We have all amenities near by, a bakery which has fresh bread every day, and fresh coffee. A mini market and fruit and vegetable stalls, with fresh organic produce.

We are a family run business, and you have the opportunity to eat at our highly recommended Hannover restaurant. 200m walk.
This has a beautiful garden for hot summer nights and an amazing selection of some of the best food in Laconia.

We have everything needed for a complete holiday. A real greek experience.
Flights from many UK regional airports to Kalamata, a 1 1/2 hour drive.
Ryan air flys to Athens with very good rates.

There are many historic sites and amazing attractions near by.
