Recently built (2010), the "Perle des Alpes" residence overlooks the resort and offers a panoramic view of the Mont Blanc range.
The apartment, located on the 2nd floor, is 45 m² in size and can accommodate up to 6 people. It consists of 3 main parts:
- living room with 180 ° view of Mont Blanc and the Beaufortin valley. 11 m² sunny terrace with garden furniture and deckchairs
- open kitchen, fully equipped: oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, fondue set, raclette etc ...
- flat screen TV
- a bedroom with a double bed (140 x 190)
- a bedroom with mountain view composed of a double bed and two bunk beds
- bathroom and separate wc
- reserved parking space in the basement
