The complex is about 200m-250m from the nearest beach, but the slope requires good physical condition from anyone who wants to go the distance on foot. Car is suggested.

The apartment (43m2) is on the ground floor of the building. The apartment has 2 separate bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom.
The apartment is comfortable, afford air-condition, television, wireless-internet and washing-machine (common).

The complex is surrounded by a large garden with lawn, trees and flowers. Garden well maintained for children to play. In the garden you can find barbeque, pergola, showers, washing machine, and a covered dining area (pergola) ideal for dinner and overlooking the sea. Parking on site. Pets allowed upon request. There is no infrastructure for accommodaitng people with disabilities.
