Lido baths are easily reachable on a 5-minute walk.

The apartment is on the ground floor of a two-storey building and enjoys a private garden of 350 sqm on 3 sides; the inside is equipped with laundry area, equipped with sink, washing machine and space to hang out the laundry. The outside, very large, facing west, has shady areas created by large red, pink and yellow oleanders, with flower beds pleasant to the eye.
