Beautiful house in Villa Liberty

Portion of liberty villa with independent entrance from exclusive garden, composed of entrance bathroom with shower, double bedroom with wardrobe, bedroom with French bed, another large bathroom with bathtub, another double bedroom with the addition of a single bed and wardrobe, living room with sofa and fully equipped kitchen. The house is in a very quiet position and surrounded by walls that contain a furnished garden and also equipped with games for children. We specify that for our guests, there are also high chairs, cots and other objects that are used in the early childhood of the children that we provide free of charge on their request. Fifty meters from the house there is the promenade, and a few steps from the bus stop for Pisa and Livorno. We provide information on the restaurants and pizzerias they can find near the house, and other information for their free time. The villa is owned by our family and we owners also live in separate accommodation.

Great location

Property is perfectly located, block away from the sea and the same from nice forest. However you need to be aware that it is a basement, so bedrooms windows are at street level.

Lisa was quite personable. If you are looking for a luxury hotel, then book one of those. This is a marina villa, with a villa sort of charm. You are not gonna get a carmal macchiato delivered to you in bed. This was real Italian living and we loved it Thank you Lisa.

Beautiful period apartment in a fantastic location with a attentive host .

As a family the apartment was perfect for our little break. It is on a direct bus route from Pisa and easily assessable. The bus also ran to some beautiful beaches along the coast toward Livorno. The apartment was of its period and the building and grounds were fabulous. Lisa is a fantastic host and having her and her family living in the building and on the grounds made any enquiries were dealt with . A fantastic place to base a trip to Pisa!!

Wir haben als vierköpfige Familie unseren Sommerurlaub bei Lisa verbracht. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Da ich Ferienhäuser in Italien kenne war ich von vornherein darauf eingestellt und hatte mir gewisse Sachen wie z.B. deutsche Kaffeemaschine, Besteck Campingtassen selbst mitgebracht. Die italienische Ausstattung ist leider nicht die Beste. Hier könnte man etwas Geld investieren. Aber ansonsten war alles Bestens. Das Meer ist vor der Tür allerdings ist der nächste Sandstrand 15 min zu Fuß. Wer aber Steine mag hat das Meer und den Strand direkt vor der Tür. Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Die Wohnung ist im Keller gelegen, daher auch nicht zu heiss. Leider ist Abends/Nachts viel Betrieb vor der Straße…dies war etwas nervig. Über der vermieteten Wohnung leben die Schwiegereltern die auch total freundlich sind, allerdings wird spät Abends und Nachts gerne mal Möbel hin und her gerückt. Dies hat uns ab und an den Schlaf geraubt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 10/15 min fussläufig zu erreichen. Tirrenia erreicht man in 5 min mit dem Bus. Bushaltestelle fast direkt vorm Haus. Wir würden nur nicht wieder kommen, da es mir etwas zu weit von unserer Lieblings Bucht ist. Sonst jederzeit wieder.

Entspannung und Erholung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt am Meer. Es gibt einen Steinstrand, fast vor der Haustür und eine schöne Bucht mit Sandstrand ca. 10 Minuten entfernt (zu Fuß). Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und man hat als Familie mit 3 Kindern ausreichend Platz. Bei der Küchen Ausstattung ist noch Luft nach oben. Es gibt keinen Toaster, nur wenig tiefe Teller, kaum Löffel und die Pfanne ist schon sehr zerkratzt.

Lovely house

We were very pleased with this property. It was very spacious,clean and well located. It was easy to walk to the beach and local bars and only a short journey into Pisa. Lisa the owner lives on site and was very helpful. The enclosed garden was also great for the xhildren

Great location: near sea, woods and playground. Garden really beautiful and perfect to relax . Lisa and family very friendly and helpful (help with taxi, special price in their great restaurant 7 nanni, contacts, ideas etc). Apartment is in the basement, works well without a/c. Just be aware of the noise lvl from the streets, can be quite intensive. If noise lvl inside is too much (ie tv, you are staying in the same house with one part of the family) you can inform Lisa and it will be quiet immediately. We recommend for couples and families!

Un posto meraviglioso - ein wunderbarer Platz

Molto spazio, un giardino ampio e incantevole, l'appartamento molto pulito e accogliente, i proprietarii di casa incredibilmente gentili e piacevoli. Per me come un pezzo del paradiso. Spero che ci possiamo ritornare molte volte! - Viel Platz, ein großer bezaubernder Garten, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gemütlich, die Vermieter unglaublich freundlich und angenehm. Für mich wie ein Stück vom Paradies. Ich hoffe, dass wir noch oft dorthin zurückkehren können!

Entspannter Urlaub

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Wohnung hat Charme, der Garten ist wundervoll und angenehm schattig, das Meer ist wirklich nur zwei Gehminuten entfernt, und Pisa ist unbedingt einen Besuch wert. Lisa und ihre Familie waren sehr freundlich, und wenn wir eine Bitte hatten, hat sich sofort jemand darum gekümmert. Nur die Küche ist für sechs Personen ein wenig eng - aber wir haben ohnehin immer draußen gesessen. Vielen Dank, Lisa, für eine sehr erholsame Urlaubswoche!

Sehr zu empfehlen, die Fotos zeigen nicht den wahren Charme!

Dieses Ferienhaus bietet alles, was eine große Familie benötigt: viele Schlafzimmer und Betten, ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten (drinnen und draußen), Küche groß genug, Spielmöglichkeiten sowie Ruheoasen im Garten und die Nähe zum Strand! Man wohnt als Gast auf dem Grundstück der Vermieter, was aber nicht als störend empfunden wird, da die Familie sehr herzlich ist. Da die Ferienwohnung sich im Untergeschoss befindet, ist es auch ohne Klimaanlage gut auszuhalten. Der nahe gelegene Steinstrand bietet das richtige Meer-feeling mit Wellen, wer den Sandstrand bevorzugt, kann ein paar Schritte mehr zurücklegen und hat dann einen abgegrenzten Badebereich. Einziger Nachteil dieses wunderschönen Hauses: in der Nacht kann es durch den Verkehr auf der Straße ganz schön laut werden. Mille grazie per le bellissime vacanze!

Super tolles Umgebung. Nette Menschen und 2 Minuten zum Strand sind unbezahlbar. Meine Familie mit 3 Kinder und einem Hund war mehr als zufrieden. Wir haben unsere Urlaub sehr genossen. Wir haben ganz viel Platz für uns alle gehabt.

Schöne Wohnung mit gemütlichem Aussenbereich

Wir haben hier unseren Urlaub verbracht und sehr genossen. In der geräumigen Wohnung haben wir zu 5. gut Platz gehabt. Super war der Garten mit Sitzgelegenheit und Tisch, wo wir sehr entspannen konnten. Zu erwähnen ist auch die Nähe zum Meer. Wir waren in 2 Minuten am Strand. Was wirklich von Vorteil war. Der Kiesstrand mit super klarem Wasser hat uns gut gefallen, da er nicht zu überlaufen war, wie die weiter entfernten Sandstrände. Von hier aus konnte man auch gut verschiedene Städte ansteuern und mit dem Bus kostenlos nach Pisa rein fahren. Es war ein rundum schöner Urlaub.

Séjour en toscane

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine à Marina di Pisa. Le logement de Lisa est très bien, spacieux...Bien équipé. Même si les propriétaires partagent la cour, bien arborée, nous avions notre coin bien délimité. Il y a aussi ces parents qui vivent au dessus de la partie louée. Je le précise car nous avons été surpris, l'annonce ne le mentionné pas.
