Very well-kept and finished villa in a small residence with a shared swimming pool in Villasimius, Campulongu locality. Only 150 meters from the beach. Seasonal swimming pool. Two double bedrooms with air conditioning, one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed, sleeps eight. Two bathrooms with shower and an outdoor shower in the garden with hot water. Kitchen and living room with flat TV. Large patio where you can eat overlooking the garden. Residence surrounded by greenery. Free public parking.

A great place to stay

Overall we had a great stay at Roberta's villetta. Her daughter was there on arrival and was very helpful throughout our week. The house was as described though perhaps they should point out the rooms are not all on different levels, so lots of steps. The garden and patio are lovely places to spend time relaxing, there's even a slight sea view through the trees. The pool and surrounding garden are great and there were rarely more than us using it. The town of Villasimius and the amazing beaches are easily accessible by car. All in all a great stay, we will go back!

Grande maison propre et très bien située

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine du 24 juin au 1er juillet. La maison est très bien entretenue ; elle dispose de 4 chambres dont 2 avec climatisation. Il y a 2 belles salles de bains. Le jardin face à la mer est très agréable avec transats et le nécessaire pour dîner dehors. La douche extérieure est très pratique lorsque l’on revient de la plage. La magnifique plage de Campulongu est située à 5 minutes à pied et nous avons pu profité de la grande piscine où il n’y avait que nous ; un RÉGAL. Roberta nous a accueilli très sympathiquement avec des boissons dans le frigo et un plateau de gâteaux sardes délicieux. Le village de Villasimius est animé tous les soirs et est idéal pour se promener le soir en toute tranquillité car la rue principale devient piétonne à partir de 20h30

Marion e la sua famiglia sono stati ospiti deliziosi, rispettosi della casa e con i quali è stato facile e piacevole comunicare. Molto ben organizzati e precisi. Spero di poterli ospitare ancora in futuro.
