Ideally located in a pretty village in the Bauges, a quiet residential area on the heights of Aix Les Bains (15 min) and 25 min from Annecy. Close to 2 lakes and ski resorts (Semnoz, Aillon Le Jeune ...).
Departures for hiking or mountain biking at the foot of the house.
Also to enjoy outdoors with its pretty furnished terrace and its beautiful view.

Perfect, modern, fully equipped appartment in a wonderfully quite location

Situated just off the motorway linking Annecy and Aix les Bains, in a small rural village on a hillside with views looking down a valley southwards, you are in easy short driving distance of both of these towns as well as Chambery and not forgetting that you have the choice of 2 of the major lakes also a short drive away ... Lac d'Annecy and Lac du Bourget. So all in all a near perfect Alp retreat here, we will return Talking with Chrystel during booking and whilst here was easy with her perfect English. Thank you for letting us stay, it is perfect. 😀😎😍

Absolute wonderful place for recreation and vacation, rural Environment with clean air, a quiet place with fantastic view over the Country - to come down or for dreaming. Wonderful appartment with complete Equipment, modern, quiet and clean - just a place to feel cosy. Very pleasant and friendly host, always helpful and nice to talk with. We loved to be there!

Nous avons passé une semaine charmante dans un cadre authentique et calme. Nous avons bénéficié d'un accueil très chaleureux et nous sommes très vite acclimatés à ce petit village de montagne. Pour les adeptes des balades et des découvertes en nature c'est un endroit super. La proximité des villes permet aussi un séjour culturel. Le logement est très bien équipé et propre. La terrasse permet aussi de profiter de la montagne aux heures de repas. Merci pour tout!
