Very bright duplex penthouse in the center of Sitges with an unbeatable location, in a quiet street 1 minute walk from the beach and 7 minutes from the train station. With air conditioning, heating, wifi, elevator and parking in the same building (included in the price), it has two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, three terraces, large living room with double sofa bed and open kitchen. Access to the second floor is through the lounge terrace. It is fully equipped. Sheets and towels are included in the price.

Amazing! Absolutely LOVED it!

What a wonderful stay - Ismael is a fantastic host who has thought of everything to make your stay comfortable. The apartment is very clean and well equiped. The location is perfect - right in the town but nice and quiet! We had a wonderful stay in Sitges - and largely because the apartment was so lovely. The terraces are large and great in the sunshine and the fact that there is a private car park space is so helpful and convenient. Thank you so much for everything. We happily recommend the place.

Ideale Lage, toller Gastgeber

Wir waren sieben Wochen zu Gast in der wunderschönen Wohnung. Es ist alles da, was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns die drei Terrassen. Auf der windgeschützten Dachterrasse konnten wir im November und Dezember die Wintersonne genießen. Die ausgezeichnete Lage der Wohnung (in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße und trotzdem ganz nah zur Strandpromenade, dem wunderschönen Strand und der Altstadt) ist selten zu finden. Es ist ein Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden, aber eigentlich benötigt man kein Auto, denn die Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants sowie auch der Bahnhof (z.B.für einen Trip nach Barcelona) sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ismael ist ein wunderbarer Gastgeber. Bei Fragen hat er uns sehr schnell und mit großer Freundlichkeit unterstützt. Besten Dank für die wunderbare Zeit. Wir möchten gerne wiederkommen.

Geweldig appartement, met een zeer vriendelijke verhuurder.

Het appartement was zeer goed, Strand 5 min centrum 5 min. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig en de airco werkt prima door het gehele Appartement. De verhuurder is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam Het app ligt zeer kort bij het uitgaansleven, maar daar hoor je helemaal niks van als je op je terras zit. Conclusie : prima app en zeer geschikt voor een leuke vakantie in het plaatsje Sitges.

Angenehmes Appartment

Das Appartment liegt zentral aber in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. Man kann Sitges bequem zu Fuß erkunden. Die Ausstattung entspricht der Beschreibung. Das obere Schafzimmer ist nur über eine recht schmale und steile Außentreppe ereichbar und deshalb für Menschen mit Bewegungseinschränkungen eher nicht geeignet. Zu den Pluspunkten zählen der Fahrstuhl und der (kleine) Stellplatz in der Tiefgarage. Fast alles, was man für den Alltag braucht, ist vorhanden. Ein paar kleine Reparaturen sind angezeigt. Der gute Gesamteindruck wurde dadurch aber nicht beeinträchtigt. Bis zu vier Personen sollten hier einen entspannten Urlaub genießen können.

Séjour très réussi.

Je suis pleinement satisfait du séjour passé dans cet appartement. Tout d'abord celui-ci est très bien situé dans Sitges, à la fois très près de la mer et proche du centre commercial. De plus, cet appartement est un réel lieu de vie habité par son propriétaire en dehors des périodes de vacances. Il s'en suit que tout ce qui est nécessaire à un séjour confortable est offert au vacancier. En fin, nous avons été reçu par Ismaël, le propriétaire comme des amis et cela n'a pas de prix! Nous reviendrons...
