It is located in an area of extreme natural beauty with several walking paths, including one (which you can do on foot or by bike) to S. Lourenço beach (5km).
Calada beach is 5 km from the accommodation and the center of Ericeira is 14 km away.

Note:
We would like to inform you that, for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €200/month. Whenever the sum of said consumption exceeds this value, the remaining amount will be the guest's responsibility, and they will be charged this amount at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, established as an overnight fee in all properties in AL. The value of this fee is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.30 in high season (May 1st to October 31st) and €1.20 in low season (November 1st on April 30th). Payment of this fee is not included in the amount charged for the accommodation and must be paid at check-in in cash.

Linda ferias ao calmo

Passamos uma semana na tranquilidade de uma aldeia perto da mar. A casa é grande, com vários quartos e casas de banhos. Gostamos muito tomar banho fora a beira da piscina com agua bem quente ! Obrigado A senhora Lúcia da agência ACasadascasas que fica sempre disponivel O mar é mesmo para surf,

Nette woning met mooi uitzicht

We vonden het een heel ruim, fijn huis. Er was voldoende ruimte, we hebben met 10 personen zelfs de zolder niet gebruikt. Er waren meer bedden dan voor 10 personen, dat is fijn. Het enige minpunt was de bewolking. We hadden mooi weer verwacht, rond 25 graden met zon maar het was veel kouder. Het huis was daardoor ook heel erg vochtig, de bedden ook. Dat konden we wel luchten en er waren genoeg horren om te kunnen ventileren. We waren gewaarschuwd voor de muggen en dat was ook zo, er zijn heel veel muggen dus koop muggenspray of neem het mee van thuis. Hele goed uitgeruste keuken met scherpe messen dus we hebben heerlijk gekookt en gedineerd. Top ervaring, wij zouden terugkomen voor de prachtige omgeving en het surfen.

geweldige vakantie

prachtige woning met een formidabel uitzicht. zeer comfortabel met plaats voor ca 12 personen. fijn zwembad en enorm veel ruimte. alle benodigdheden aanwezig (vaatwasser/oven/wasmachine wasdroger etc.) ook voor kinderen veel speelgoed aanwezig. ca 40 km van luchthaven. wel wat moeilijk te vinden wanneer je besluit rechtstreeks te gaan. wij werden opgehaald op de parkeerplaats van de Lidl te Ericeira. (aan te bevelen!) zeer goede en correcte service van Maria Silva van Lucia Reis
