Mid-Island Sunny home surrounded by beautiful trees. This is a cute 4 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom house upstairs with private apartment below. The 3rd and 4th bedroom is a converted porch with nice view of large double lot with beautiful trees. Also an additional closed in porch for even more living space. Plenty of space to relax or spend time with family and friends. Easy walk to gulf coast beach with white powered sugar sand and warm water to relax without all of life's demands. Take a picnic and enjoy! Boat access just steps away at end of road, enjoy the harbor for fishing, cruising and water sports. The pool is beautiful and very private, screened in with large trees around to create some shade.

Not everything is perfect on the beach, but everybody is working on the new paradise for you. Please accept with your booking the situation like it is, because after the hurricane it could happen the ex-desaster zone brings you a different view then it was in the past!

Beautiful house, very close to the beach

Over we had a great week at the beach house. The pool was heated, had a short walk to the beach, and it had a nice side yard for the kids to play in. We had a few issues during our stay but the owner was very responsive and got it all fixed right away. Our only complaint about the house is it is listed as a 4 bedroom and it is a 2 bedroom- with 2 queen beds. The others listed are couches and a blow up mattresse. Doesnt provide much privacy for multiple families vacationing together.

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great, near the beach, and very close to a grocery store. My children loved riding the bikes that were provided as well as enjoyed the heated pool every day! We would definitely stay again!
