Guests are personally greeted by Eric and Cécile, Villa Melissa 's Owners, who are also looking at the complex, the specific rented out unit, and answer any inquiries. They will also provide assistance and help to the guests throughout the stay.

Kindly note that Electricity is in the complex by use. Villa posted price is not inclusive of Electricity, instead meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure of guests. The consumption is 7THB / unit (kWh) consumed.

The minimum stay is 3 nights except for a minimum stay of 7 nights is required.

A security deposit of 15,000 baht (USD, GBP, EURO or AUD equivalent) is required upon arrival. These funds will be refunded in full at the time of departure, except in case of damage to the villa.
