Very neat and cozy bungalow with large community pool, for up to 5 persons. The property offers on the ground floor a bright lounge, a fully fitted american kitchen with dish washer, a small shower bathroom, a terrace with awning and a community parking.On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms for 5 persons, one of them with a balcony and one with a large sun terrace, further there is a full bath room. The bungalow is completey furnished and equipped with air conditioning in all the bedrooms as well as in the living room, wifi internet, Sat-TV (German), microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dish washer, washing machine, electric heater, terrace furniture and sun beds. The large community pool and well maintained gardens are with a separate entrance just near the bungalow. Peaceful location near the village centre (950 metres), which offers a good infrastructure with supermarket, various shops, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, bars... The Almadrava beach is at 650 metres from the holiday home and the endless sandy beach at 1.000 metres. Denia's city can be reached within 10 minutes by car and is at 9 km, also the large shopping centre "El Portal de la Marina" in Ondara which is at 8 km. The area of Denia at the lovely Costa Blanca is the perfect holiday destination. Enjoy the mild climate all year round, long sandy beaches and the most beautiful green back country. Denia provides a very good infrastructure and a huge offer of leisure activities, a mondern Marina and a fishing port, an attractive historic centre and an enormous choice of good restaurants. Last but not least an interesting night live! The diversified 20 km long sandy beach offers something for everyone, water sport activities, calm areas, beach bars, cliffy bays in the nature reserve, great for diving and snorkeling. Denia is situated exactely between Valencia and Alicante, from both airports the holiday home can be reached within about 1 hour 10 minutes. Within 20 minutes to max. 1 hour you can reach several other lovely places on the coast, i.e. Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, an Alicante in the south, as well as Oliva, Gandia and Valencia in the north. Also a trip to the back country is worth to do, you will see lots of orange groves, almond trees and quaint villages between green hills and mountains. 2 renowned golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella Golf) are at only 9 resp. 12 km from the bungalow.
