Vážené dámy a pánové, letos se Vaše služby skutečně nevyvedly. Když pominu to, že jste si prostřednictvím platby kartou zablokovali peníze za rezervaci ubytování, které jste měli v nabídce a nakonec se ukázalo, že není k dispozici. O odblokování takto rezervované částky jsme se museli samozřejmě postarat u naší banky sami. Vybrali jsme si náhradní ubytování v Ražani s adresou Varoš 49, 22203 Rogoznica. Tuto adresu ukazovala jak mapka v nabídce, tak byla uvedena ve Voucheru. Bylo velkou nepříjemností, když jsme si po 14-ti hodinové cestě (nehody, zácpy) museli hodinu telefonicky dohadovat s pronajímatelem, než jsme pochopili, že ubytování je na opačné straně Ražaně na adrese Varoš 49 A. Byli jsme tak buď nedopatřením nebo záměrně uvedeni v omyl při výběru ubytování.
