You will enjoy daily visits from dolphins, sting rays, and the occasional manatee. The private dock is the perfect place to fish or crab. There is a Jacuzzi that waterfalls into a beautiful large swimming pool, pool heat not available in summer months . There is a large screened in lanai overlooking the scenic Gulf waters.. The house is fully furnished home with a living room, den and a fully equipt, eat-in open kitchen. Dining areas located inside and outside both upstairs and downstairs. Relaxing outdoor fire pit with seating. The entire space sleeps 6 people only no exceptions please or $1,000 security deposit will be forfeited . No pets .The house is located in a peaceful and private location . The area is perfect for kayaking ( 4 kayaks), swimming by the sandbar, scalloping, crabbing, and fishing , bicycling (2 bikes) or just sitting by the pool, soaking up the Florida sunshine. The closest beach is Pine Island it is a smaller family beach on the gulf. Kayak down the Weeki Wachee river with the manatees . Propane grill on second floor deck, propane is guests responsibility , fire pit (wood not provided)

Enjoy the amazing local cuisine our many restaurants available here in Hernando Beach. Some of which will cook your catch straight from our waters. It doesn't get any fresher than that. $550.00 per night with a 3 nite minimum stay. No discounts during peak holiday months and scallop season.Located on the Nature Coast, Gulf of Mexico. NO pets, NO early check in or late check out please or you will be charged another night's rent. Thank you ! Due to the last flood and hurricane the dock was damaged . We hope to have it repaired as soon as possible. There is plenty of room to fish/crab or enjoy the views . No events or large gatherings or your security deposit will not be refunded.

Great views!!

If you are looking for a quiet and relaxing getaway, this is the house!! It is very spacious and quite comfortable. The view of the Gulf is beautiful!! It definitely has everything you need to keep your family occupied!

Tranquility

The home was lovely and well maintained. We say dolphins almost every day along with rays, sea turtles and lots of fish. Carol and Bill property managers responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing, quiet and beautiful

We were looking for a quiet place to relax. This house was perfect. The views were amazing the house was beautiful. We enjoyed our time playing in the pool, fishing off the dock and eating meals on the balcony. We also got to see Dolphins swimming down the channel. We will definitely be back

This house was perfect for our family of 3 teenagers and two parents. The primary bedroom suite was on the top floor and had a lovely view and private porch. The bathroom has separate vanities and was spacious and clean. The kids all had their own space. We put the two boys in the rooms with the joined bathroom to share and our daughter had the room on the other side of the house with her own bathroom. They were nicely decorated and comfortable. There was so much space to spread out. I, who am perpetually cold, loved sitting out on the screened in porch overlooking the channel and Gulf. There's a large table that was great for home cooked meals there. The dining table in the kitchen was perfect for both meals and playing card games together. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic cooking and eating dishes and utensils as well as many spices, coffee, tea, etc... We had groceries delivered from Walmart and it made everything so easy. Also, we went into town a couple of times for dinner which was a short drive.The whole family loved the pool, hot tub and kayaks as well as the pool table.Bill and Carol were quick to respond when we had questions and were very nice and knowledgeable.The deck is understandably damaged from the hurricane from the back up caused by all the demand for repairs, but that didn't slow us down for a minute. One day we rented a pontoon from Captain's Boat Rentals and we're able to tie it up by the boat lift easily.

An experience to remember

Property is lovely...comfortable... Dolphins visit every morning and evenings. Has everything you need and relaxing by the water was fabulous! Definitely a property to go back and stay. Carol (property manager) is always available and made our stay very enjoyable...thank you very much Carol. Truly recommend!

Family Tides

Lovely property. The house was great, beds very comfortable, great seating inside and out. Elevator definitely a plus. Pool and jacuzzi wonderful. My only complaint would be some of the door locks to the outside were broke or hard to work. This house will be my vacation rental list for sure. The water view was wonderful.

Perfect time away with family

We travelled to Florida to see friends and family over spring break. This house was perfect for our family to relax and entertain. Enjoyed ping pong, firepit, dinners watching sunset, soaking in the hot tub, kayaking in the canal sand much more. Great local restaurants near by. Visited Caladesi Island, Mermaid springs and much more. Carol was great and easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great memories

Location, Space, Beauty

This property is amazing - plenty of space for the whole family, a dock to tie the boat to, beautiful views of the Gulf of Mexico, and lots to do. There’s plenty of parking, great pool area, and Bill the maintenance guy is incredibly helpful and friendly. The only slight issue was the inability to launch kayaks from the dock (too high above the water). In general, highly recommend the property for a family vacation! Just a note, in 2022 no scallops to be found in this area!

Incredible Week

We enjoyed a week in Herenado Beach and could not have asked for a better house. A lightening storm took out the AC and Carol and Bill took care of it quickly and didnt cause any issues to our trip. We saw stingrays and dolphins daily and we were visited by a playful manatee one night that interacted with my daughter and her friend while they were kayaking. We had an amazing time and the house has it all. The elevator made it easy to transport items between floors and the multiple balconies made for amazing sunsets. Thanks again for a great trip.

Family vacation

Our vacation plans changed due to my brother having an emergency brain operation…. However, his kids and mine were begging to keep the trip plans! The children and I had a wonderful time, the house is absolutely! The kids loved the pool area and the game room ! We went kayaking, made s’mores in the open fire putt, we enjoyed the views of the gulf, saw lots of fish, dolphin and baby sharks all from the boat dock behind house! We had contacted the owner for a question concerning pool and he quickly answered and resolved issue. The neighborhood is quiet and very charming , it seemed very safe and was a successful get away for all ! Thanks again from Indiana!

Excellent Family Vacation Home

This property is exactly as pictured and described! The home is very spacious, the kitchen is stocked full of all the essentials plus more, and the outside amenities are amazing. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, private dock, and even tried out fishing and using the crab pots. Having private bathrooms attached to the bedrooms was such a bonus for our adult children. And the elevator was an absolute bonus. We did have a few issues arise during our stay but both Carol and Bill were very attentive and addressed everything immediately. They were both so eager to help and pleasant to work with. We absolutely loved the location and enjoyed seeing the dolphins swim by our dock almost daily. The local restaurants were fantastic and served some of the best shrimp and scallops we’ve ever had. Next time we visit Florida, we definitely plan to stay here again.

Magnificent View of the Gulf!

Although there were a couple of glitches e.g., Hot tub being cold and not being able to use the fireplace, our stay was Wonderful! The house is very clean and absolutely beautiful! This house has the most well appointed kitchen I have ever seen. Since I was cooking a full Christmas dinner this was a blessing! The beds were comfortable and the elevator helped out tremendously. I would recommend this house to anyone that is looking for multiple activities to keep their guests occupied. My adult children and husband enjoyed the game room very much. If the weather had been warmer the pool would have been utilized as well as the kayaks. Thanks Carol!

Very nice property; very well appointed

My son, daughter-in-law, grandchildren and I were in the Weeki Wachee area for a beloved family reunion. This home was perfect for our stay... large, well-appointed, and very comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. My grandchildren very much enjoyed the pool, and the home has beautiful views of the gulf. My only recommendation would be the check-in procedure. We received a four-digit entry code via email. The front door has a keypad, but the code did not work on the door keypad. My son noticed a keypad on the garage door, and we were able to gain entry through the garage... but only because my son was familiar with the type keypad that was on the garage. The entry instructions should really state that the code is for the garage door and that you must enter the code and press "Enter" to open the door. It worked out fine for us, but we did have a moment of panic when we arrived and could not get in the front door. Overall, we had a 5-star experience.

Six Thumbs Up from Ages 21 to 59!

Our second annual scalloping trip could not have been any better because the Oasis was amazing and delivered everything as advertised and more! My husband and I were grateful to host our adult children and their partners for a summer adventure and each of us agreed the house and experience was awesome! The most important thing we found out the first day was the LOCATION has super quick access to get out to the Gulf! The well stocked kitchen (better knives than we have in our own homes and gadgets we’d never tried before!) was perfect for trying out some new scallop recipes! The house was spacious enough for everyone to have their own place to relax after a long day on the water and yet still felt cozy when we gathered together for meals and movies. I personally loved all the outdoor living space and took advantage of relaxing with a good book in many of the spots - which all had beautiful water views, a touch of of shade, and gentle breezes. We were Blessed with great weather, but I know we could have happily spent any rain delays easily entertained in the basement. Communication with Carol and Bill was quick and efficient. Overall, the Oasis was the BEST VRBO experience we’ve ever had!

Peaceful, Spacious, Great Location

This beautiful home is located in a quiet neighborhood where every home has canal access. It features a great view of an ocean bay and has access to the water from a large dock. Two of us kayaked up the canal where dolphins visited within sight of the home. We flew into St. Pete-Clearwater airport, rented a minivan and drove about one hour north to this home. About 10 minutes from the house, you pass a Publix grocery and a Super Walmart. The area is nice for bike rides, walks, or short car trips to local restaurants and seafood markets. Within a short bike-ride, but a very long walk, is a nice seafood bar and grill with outdoor seating. The Hernando Beach Tropical Grill serves New England style lobster sandwiches and whole-belly clams. Simple and fabulous. Not far up the main road is a good local sea food market, Trader Bay Seafood. In addition to all the home features listed, we enjoyed the little things. There were three levels where you can sit and enjoy the view, read a book, or take a nap. There were three crab traps that we used to catch blue-claw crabs off the back of the deck. There were two bikes in the garage that made for a pleasant five minute ride to a couple of close-by bar and grills. There were ROKU televisions in each main room for movie nights, and there was a comfortable kitchen for making family meals. There are ample towels for everyone including nice beach towels for day trips or lounging on your dock, deck or patio. We took a couple of day trips including a bucket-list-worthy trip of about one hour to a manatee tour in Crystal River, FL. Do this! It is the only area in the word where you can swim with and touch the wild manatees. And when I say wild, I mean, docile, free-range, 3,000 pound sea puppies. They like the attention and they are not scary. Our group included one Midwesterner who doesn't like water and a 10-year old. Both loved this experience. This is an ideal home for a small family who can spend a lot of time together and still want to have their own spaces. We've rented several houses through VRBO/Home Away and this is on our list to revisit.

Wonderful Family Vacation Spot - Highly Recommended!

We had a fantastic vacation at Carol's property! This place is perfect for families, especially those traveling with elderly guests and children. Highlights:- The indoor elevator was incredibly helpful for our 79-year-old family member- Kids loved the outdoor pool and hot tub- Spacious, bright interior that's ideal for family gatherings- Excellent amenities: kayaks, fishing rods, and crab traps provided by the host- Very well-maintained propertyOutstanding Host:Carol was exceptional - she responded to any questions or issues immediately throughout our stay. We had a wonderful stay! Most notable were the nature and then the space in the home which works so well with having grandparents and kids/teens all needing their own space to retreat to. The common areas were perfect- plenty of space to sit around a table for meals and play board games and everyone had a comfy seat to watch movies together too. The pool was a hit of course! We needed help getting the jacuzzi on but Carol was very responsive and someone came right away. The big dock is still not fixed but you can look around at the neighbors and the need for dock repair is evident in the area and the waiti by list must be so long. The smaller dock for fishing and launching kayaks was a great space for us. My family fished happily and we saw manatees, sea turtles and sting rays! I still can’t believe the wildlife- it is a very special place for sure. Thank you for a fun location and a home to accommodate our family!

Fantastic Stay

Very spacious home, layout was great. Master suite on top floor, 3 bedrooms including a jack and jill suite on middle floor along with kitchen, living room, deck and lanai. Bottom floor was a fun game room and direct pool and fire pit access. We sure got our steps in using the stairs but the elevator was awesome for when we were feeling lazy :)
