About this property
Luxury Loft Sleeps 6 on Main Street, NOMA Square
My loft is located directly across from NOMA Square and Mast General Store with an expansive, three window view of Main Street. Situated in the cradle of downtown Greenville's most coveted business and entertainment district. This 1,850 sq. ft., 3-bedroom loft expertly blends the best of Greenville's history with the energy of our vibrant entertainment, business and shopping district. This property adjoins an additional space of 3,000 square feet with sleeping for 8 and an additional full bathroom and 2 1/2 baths. This additional property is VRBO 1178083 . This property is rented separately from this property. As with the adjoining property it is a no large party/no event venue.
You can walk to hundreds of restaurants, shops or businesses, relax or meet with clients in this finely appointed living space. Located in a 100+year-old-building, the loft has 25-30 foot ceilings, antique exposed brick walls, arched windows allowing lots of natural light and light ash hardwood floors. This beautifully appointed space has original art, antiques and has hosted many gatherings. It can be an elegant short-term executive rental or perfect place for a small intimate wedding. It is an excellent weekender for sporting events for Clemson, Furman or Regional Sports Tournaments. It is the perfect place for a Wedding/Baby shower, graduation stay or any small cocktail gathering.. If you have an upcoming wedding in downtown Greenville, this would be a fabulous place for the Family-of-the-Bride or Groom to headquarter their stay, or even the happy couple on their Wedding Night! Full of light, beautiful art and furnishings, it will be a lovely backdrop for your special occasion, or just a relaxing weekend away enjoying all that Greenville has to offer.
Corporations looking to provide top-notch accommodations for visiting executives will love this beautifully appointed loft in the eclectic energy of the NOMA district right in the center of the downtown action. Festivals, shopping, theatre and musical events are all nearby. The Hyatt Greenville Convention Center, Clemson University's ONE Center, the Bon Secours Wellness Arena and the Aloft Hotel are at arms reach. Great shopping and restaurants are right down the stairs for your enjoyment. Three of the best breakfast places in town are just steps away, and Greenville's NOMA district is host to the best bars and restaurants around at any time of day.
We are across the street from several popular rooftop bars and the best Sushi in town is right outside our back door. As an added bonus, we have a Comedy club and a local comedic dinner theatre right in our block. This loft is most definitely in the center hub of activity, no matter what brings you to Greenville! Note: Since most people love Greenville's myriad of awesome eateries or cater in for events, the kitchen is an efficiency-style kitchenette. It has a full sized side-by-side refrigerator for beverages, take-out boxes and entertaining necessities. Coffeemaker, sink, and microwave provided as well. Dining table seats 4.
If requested, a 6-foot serving table is on site with 6 folding chairs. For extended stays, washer and dryer are in the unit.
The upstairs loft has king bed and large walk in closet. Just off the loft is a large, fully tiled shower and bathroom with a seat in the shower for relaxing after a hard day. Out side the barn doors to the loft is a double bed that sleeps 2, a large dressing and seating area with 2 chest of drawers and TV and a crib. The downstairs bedroom has queen bed and large closets. A single gel mattress is downstairs queen bedroom closet and can be used any place in the loft. The main dining and seating area has a television, Wifi, and three window view of Main Street. This loft is located in the heart of downtown so absolute quiet cannot be guaranteed on the weekend, during a street festival or after a large event. A sound machine to drown out any noise is provided in each room for light sleepers.

About the host
Hosted by WILLIAM JORDAN
William Ashley Jordan Jr. (“Billy”) was born in to William Ashley Jordan Sr. and Hester Evelyn Smith Jordan. Luckily, I was one of four children, but was the only boy born in this family. I grew up in Greenville, South Carolina, where I attended Donaldson Elementary, League Junior High School, and Wade Hampton High School.
I attended Montreat-Anderson Junior College, in Black Mountain, North Carolina on a soccer scholarship. However, since I was an avid Clemson Tiger since birth, I transferred to Clemson University. I tried to play soccer there, but the Tiger soccer team was too good. It contended for a national championship. I joined Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. A friend in my fraternity suggested I try out for the cheerleading team. I took that advice, and cheered for Clemson University for my junior and senior years. I am a member of the Block C Club, and Tiger Brotherhood. I graduated from Clemson with a degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism. I thought I wanted to be a park ranger, because I am also an avid lifelong hunter and fisherman.
After graduation from Clemson, I left South Carolina with all my worldly belongings, and moved to Massachusetts to contemplate what to do with his life. I enrolled in Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary , thinking that I would fish, hunt, and teach philosophy. After working in Boston inner-city churches, I applied to law schools and decided to attend the University of South Carolina . During law school, I was very fortunate to work for some great lawyers and politicians, including Rex Carter, Bob Sheheen, both of them Speakers of the SC House. I also worked for the House Judiciary Committee, during SC Congressional Reapportionment. I also was fortunate to work for the McNair Law Firm and Terrell Glenn, former US attorney, and Randall T. Bell, who became one of the first judges appointed to the South Carolina Court of Appeals.
After law school, I was hired by the Honorable Falcon B. Hawkins, Ch

Why they chose this property
Welcome to THE LOFT at NOMA. As a native Greenvillian, it was only natural for Bill to return to his hometown after living away for college and completing his undergraduate and Law Degree. The growth and energy of Downtown had really been a happy surprise after years of the doldrums. I could not have been happier to see that the visionary planning of some of our city fathers had indeed come to fruition and turned our quiet littel downtown into a DESTINATION! I am happy to have you as a guest in my home, as I have always loved filling my house with friends and family.
I am right in the center of the action in Downtown Greenville, and my guests have loved the convenience of being able to walk out the front door and be standing in the thick of the entertainment district!
