APARTMENT 2 TO 4 PEOPLE - SERRE CHEVALIER 1350 m - BEAUTIFUL VIEW ON THE MOUNTAIN

Apartment of 32 m2 for 4 people located on the heights of Chantemerle in St Chaffrey (residence Les Mélèzes) on the 6th and last floor with elevator. Quiet and well maintained residence with caretaker.

Balcony facing south-west, very nice view on the mountain and on the track Luc Alphand.

Many hikes in the summer (Ecrins massif), mountaineering, whitewater rafting, ecological swimming pool, baths Monetier, bike.
Free winter shuttle at the foot of the residence to access the ski lifts.

- 350 m from the village, 10 min walk with small shops and 5 km from Briançon with large areas.

It consists :

- Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people

- flat screen TV

- A small bedroom separated by a sliding door that includes a trundle bed (1 or 2 persons), door directly to the balcony.

Excellent séjour

2e séjour pour moi dans cet appartement très bien situé et fonctionnel (lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, le coin cuisine et le frigo sont un peu petits malgré tout), la région est vraiment magnifique, amateurs de randonnées et ballades en vélo / VTT je recommande.

Appartement très agréable avec vue sur la montagne et balcon soleil couchant. Éloigné de la route donc au calme des bruits de circulation, dernier étage avec ascenseur, à 2 min en voiture (10 min à pied) des commerces ouverts 7j/7. Idéal pour passer un excellent séjour, la région étant magnifique.

LOCATION CHANTEMERLE

Résidence tranquille et toujours tenue propre, le studio, joliment décoré, est très sympa, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour le quotidien (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, grille pain, petit robot de cuisine...), Il y a une petite chambre séparée, la vue du logement sur les montagnes est juste magnifique, une petite terrasse permet de déjeuner dehors si on le souhaite, le studio est au 6eme étage, très tranquille, pas de voisins bruyants, je recommande cette location.

Bonne orientation, belle exposition. Appartement très correct. Avec quelques améliorations à apporter surtout au niveau de la salle de bain, restée dans son jus : chauffage, bidet à enlever, baignoire à remplacer par douche (?). éponges pour le ménage pourraient compléter la panoplie nécessaire pour le ménage !

Très bonne expérience de cette location : août 2021! Le logement convient bien pour 3 adultes. Bien équipé ! Propreté impeccable! Lieu sympathique proche des commerces. La résidence est très calme . Nous avons été bien accueillis par un couple vraiment sympathique et courtois! La relation avec la propriétaire à distance s'est très bien passée ! Répond rapidement aux messages ! Une dame charmante, à l'écoute et courtoise! Notre séjour à été réussi ! C'est parfait! Merci beaucoup!
