Great apartment 2 minutes walk from the beach (50 meters), in the La Carihuela promenade area.

Recently renovated, it has a 1 bedroom with a built-in wardrobe, a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with an American bar and a terrace of 8 square meters. The terrace has sliding glass curtains (exposed in some photos) that make the terrace more cozy in winter season, being able to enjoy the views of the garden. Ceiling fans in living room, bedroom and terrace. And heat radiator. Internet with WI-FI connection and TV with included access to English channels via satellite

The rest is fully equipped: towels, bedding, cutlery, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, ceramic hob and washing machine.

It is located in a private area with a swimming pool, a beautiful garden where you can sunbathe all day, plus a solarium and surface parking.

Surrounded by all kinds of nearby services: pharmacies, supermarkets, bars, taxi and bus stops, pubs, etc.

2 km from the center of Torremolinos and 10 minutes walk from Puerto Marina. Malaga Airport is 8 km away.

The apartment is in an excellent location, 5 minute walk to the beach and a 10 minute walk from the Marina. It is situated in very well kept gardens with a small pool and is very peaceful and relaxing.The apartment although small has everything you require, it is clean and well equipped.The host is excellent, extremely helpful and answers any queries very quickly.We enjoyed our 10 day stay and would definitely book again.

Really enjoyed out stay at Erisa1.

The apartment was spotlessly clean and is in an ideal location. It has has everything you need such as a hairdryer, iron, washing machine and fans in living area, bedroom and balcony area for you to enjoy. The owner is in constant contact should you need any assistance. We would recommend to any one.

Excellent, avec quelques bémols

Arrivée facile, mais la personne qui nous attendait, bien que super gentille, parlait vraiment très peu anglais. Quand elle a su que je parlais un tout petit peu espagnol, elle s’est surtout exprimé dans cette langue, ce qui a un petit peu compliqué la communication. Nous aurions toutefois pu communiquer facilement avec Juan Carlos si le besoin s’était fait sentir. Ce dernier répond rapidement et en français ou en anglais aux messages textes, notamment via WhatsApp.Bonne localisation, très près du paseo maritimo au bord de la plage, mais il faut savoir qu’on se trouve alors à une extrémité de Torremolinos, donc un peu éloigné du centre (Calle San miguel).C’est en général un appartement qui est très bien. Le balcon est un gros plus qui offre un endroit agréable où se reposer après une journée de marche ou d’excursion. Le bémol principal concerne l’ameublement qui aurait besoin d’un rajeunissement, particulièrement le lit et le sofa qui sont tous deux trop mous. La table extérieure est parfaite, mais la table intérieure plutôt basique. La plaque de cuisson est très restreinte et il est difficile d’y mettre une poêle où faire mijoter une sauce et en même temps un chaudron où cuire les pâtes.Ce ne sont toutefois que des bémols et ça demeure un appartement et un hôte que nous recommanderionscertainement à des amis.
