- a sleeping area with bunk beds (90 X 190 cms) separated by a door
- a bathroom with bath / shower
- a toilet (separate)
- a corridor, with storage cupboard, separating living room and bedroom (practical for privacy with children)
- south-facing terrace with chairs, table and parasol. Superb view of hole # 1 of the golf des pins. To have !

The residence includes
- a private lawn reserved for the residence, ideal for games for young children while keeping a view of them
- private parking for the residence
- a common space
- bicycle storage room closed at night

End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by you (Paid option available - 20 €)

Reservation per entire week from Saturday 3 p.m. to the following Saturday 11 a.m.
Animals are not allowed
Send a rental contract and return signed for validation of the final reservation
The delivery of the keys, the inventory of entry and exit are established by the owner (or his representative) with the tenant

Rentals from April to September are all inclusive (water, electricity, taxes), for other periods heating (Electricity) is extra.
