San Frediano House, beautiful apartment in Via Romana by Mmega
San Frediano House is an apartment for rent in Florence located in a historic building on Via Romana, one of the main streets of the Santo Spirito district, also known as Borgo San Frediano, which has recently been defined by Lonely Planet as the coolest neighborhood of the world. It is a neighborhood where over the years many trendy places have found their place, which today alternate with antique shops and typical Florentine shops.
The apartment has been renovated in recent years respecting the typical characteristics of the house such as the exposed wooden beams of the ceiling which have been preserved as they were. The interior of the apartment is divided into two levels. On the first level, as soon as you enter you'll find the eat-in kitchen on the left while a short corridor leads to the living room and the first two bedrooms (both double bedrooms); a short corridor connects the master bedroom to the first of the two bathrooms. It is a large full bathroom also equipped with shower and bidet. From the dining room, a lovely wooden stairs lead to the upper level where we find the third bedroom, with two single beds, and the second bathroom (with a shower).
The apartment is equipped with everything needed to stay in the best way. Here you will have air conditioning in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi with fiber, smart TV, washing machine and everything you need for cooking.

Too short, beautiful area, the best Steak Trattoria with fabulous wine. The ONLY negative was third floor and no lift! As an older family, 70, and 65 a bit of a hard task, but didn’t put us off.
We liked the apartment. The beds were comfortable and two bathrooms were a plus. We only used the kitchen for simple meals (there are good places to eat nearby). It looked like a complete kitchen, just odd that there wasn't a kitchen towell or potholder. Maybe in a drawer I didn't open. The stairs are steep as in many old houses, you might regret extra large suitcases. Overall you will have everythng you need and the location is convienent.
