Ardèche Home - Gite le Nid - Comfortable house with swimming pool, rated 4*.

We wanted this villa to be a place of relaxation and well-being for your family.
A welcoming, comfortable house with a private pool. You'll enjoy exceptional panoramic views of the surrounding countryside, stretching as far as the Vercors, Mont Ventoux, and the Ardèche mountains. From your holiday home, you can set off on lovely hikes, horseback rides, or canoe trips. Explore nearby Ardèche sites, villages, and local cuisine, then return to your cozy retreat to savor your holiday in the Ardèche.
The villa consists of:
Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with washroom and WC. A living room/dining room area. A fully equipped kitchen. A second bathroom. A separate toilet. A terrace with garden furniture and an electric griddle. Private 4x5m swimming pool equipped with sun loungers, open from mid-May to the end of September (unheated pool). We are happy to welcome our animal friends. However, they are not allowed in the private pool.
There are two access points: one at the front of the cottage accessible by stairs and one on the side to allow level access.
End-of-stay cleaning information: Cleaning is not included in the rental price. We offer it as an optional extra, so you can choose to clean it yourself before your departure. If you choose the cleaning option, the cost is €90 per stay (payable on site).

La maison est située plein sud face à une vue magnifique dont on ne se lasse pas.La piscine à une taille suffisante pour faire plaisir aux enfants et aux adultesSi vous cherchez le calme, vous l avez trouver. Prachtig verblijf in de Ardeche

Heerlijke vakantie op een rustige plek met een fantastisch uitzicht! Het modern ingerichte huis was van alle gemakken voorzien. Fijn zwembad, goede bedden en super Wifi. Leuke dorpjes en strandjes op rij afstand. Eigenaren zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Wundervoll

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kindern 16/12 und zwei Hunden) haben hier zwei wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Die Sauberkeit des Objektes ist hervorzuheben und es fehlte uns an nichts. Der Pool und die Ausstattung des Hauses war vorbildlich. Eine schöne Runde mit den Hunden, vorbei am Friedhof und der Kirche ( ca 3 km) war möglich. Ebenso war der Supermarkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Rückweg ist allerdings sehr steil. Wir haben es sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Garten ist nicht eingezäunt und auf der Straße vor dem Haus fahren ca drei Autos am Tag.

Le cadre est magnifique, la maison est superbe, très bien équipée, moderne et décorée avec goût. La piscine est top et la vue sur Montreal est vraiment superbe. L accueil a ete très chaleureux. Nous y retournerons!

Wunderbar

Das Haus war sehr sauber und in einem gepflegten Zustand. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut. Der Pool war sehr sauber. Der Kontakt mit Bruno und Sabine war sehr freundlich und wir haben viele Ausflugstipps bekommen. Auch der Check-in/Check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Wir haben noch selten ein so schönes Mietobjekt angetroffen. Wer ruhige und erholsame Ferien sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Die Aussicht ist phantastisch, an klaren Tagen bis zum Mont Ventoux. Gerne kommen wir ein anderes mal zurück. Merci beaucoup Bruno et Sabine.

Sehr ruhige Lage, phänomenaler Blick über die Gegend

Objekt super gepflegt. 2 Bäder, Eiswürfelschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine und Padmaschine. Kochfeld, Backofen und Grill. Geräumige Sitzgelegenheiten drinnen und draussen. Viele sehenswerten Ziele in der Nähe. Largentiere kann auch zu fuss erreicht werden. Achtung ca.240hm auf dem Rückweg.

Un super séjour en Ardèche. La maison a une magnifique vue sur le château de Montréal. Elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Nous avons eu un chaleureux accueil. Seule difficulté : l adresse fournit par abritel n est pas assez précise, la maison est difficile à trouver.
