Electricity consumption: €3 per night per person, payable in cash upon arrival.
The swimming pool is open from 1 July to 31 August.

Nicht ausreichende Information & versteckte Kosten

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist grundsätzlich gut. Wer Low Budget reist, findet hier eine Option. Allerdings traten während des Buchungsprozesses unerwartete Kosten auf (16/Person für Handtücher, 3/Person/Tag für Strom). Zudem war der Pool entgegen der Erwartung erst ab Juli geöffnet. Der Pool war der Grund für unsere Buchung. Absolute Enttäuschung! Das hakelige Einfahrtstor sorgte für zusätzliche Wartezeiten und beim Gasherd funktionierte eine Flamme nicht. Die tatsächlichen Kosten übersteigen somit das zunächst ersichtliche Budget. Ferienhaus was die besten Tage hinter sich hat.

Buon soggiorno

CAsa meravigliosa, giardino ben curato e adatto a famiglie con bimbi Posizione strategica perché facilmente si può raggiungere Cefalù (10 minuti di auto) e Palermo (50 minuti) Vicino ci sn supermercati (ovviamente sempre in auto 2 minuti) Il mare dista 200 metri ,ma la discesa per la spiaggia non è ben curato (ovviamente non dipende dal proprietario)
