About this property

Chesthill House - traditional Scottish properties in stunning Glen Lyon

South Chesthill Estate is located in Glenlyon in Perthshire, Scotland and comprises two properties available as holiday lets all year round, with or without sport included. If you would like the price of sport included, please get in touch and I would be delighted to let you know the rates.

Both properties are comfortably furnished, completely private and have stunning views. Chesthill House is the principle property on the estate, sleeping 16 in 7 twin rooms, 1 single room and 1 ensuite room on the ground floor, suitable for the chef. Gardener’s Cottage sleeps 4, with 1 double room and 1 twin room.

The estate offers stunning hills for walking, some of the most formidable deer stalking in Scotland (c.120 stags and hinds per year), some of the most varied salmon fishing in Scotland (four miles of the river Lyon) trout fishing and escorted nature days. Pony trekking, golf, and water sports are also all available in the area, making Glen Lyon the perfect country getaway. Recover from the hustle and bustle of everyday life in the peaceful landscape of the glen and enjoy a very comfortable stay in the estate’s accommodation.
