This 2 bedroom apartment sleeps 4 people in the arty and chic Montparnasse neighbourhood from where you can reach Eiffel Tower and Notre Dame Cathedral within 15 minutes.

LIVING ROOM
The spacious and bright living room is nicely decorated with statement pieces of artwork and furniture. A comfortable sitting area consisting of 6 armchairs and a coffee table is set by the floor-to-ceiling windows and faces the TV. The dining table is also located in this room and sits 4 people comfortably and there is a high chair available for those travelling with children.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is finished with white furniture and is fully equipped with all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay including an induction hob, toaster, filter coffee machine, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle and a washing machine.

FIRST BEDROOM
This room features a sofa which extends to become a double sofa bed, shelves and storage space.

SECOND BEDROOM
This room features a double bed, bedside cabinets, an armchair and a wardrobe.

BATHROOM and WC
The bathroom is fitted with a combined bath tub and shower and a double wash basin. There is a separate WC with a single wash basin in the hallway near the bedrooms.

Veeve rep right on time for check in, very pleasant and helpful. Apt very spacious and stylish. Stayed cool in a freak June hot streak. Easy to go everywhere by metro and train. The elevator a big plus for 2 weeks of luggage for 2. Only negative was noise and vibration that came on and off repeatedly, day and night. I guessed it was air flow system, not street noise ( of which there was very little for so bustling an area.) I’m a light sleeper, and this was a big problem for me; my husband was aware of it, but not prevented from sleeping to my extent.

A Charming Apartment with Lots of Character

A charming spacious apartment on the fifth floor (4th if you are European), nicely decorated, bookshelves with lots of books, an advanced stereo system that we didn't use. The kitchen was well equipped, beds we comfortable. The neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, grocers, and bakeries. The metro is close by. The metro lines appear to run under the building, because there is a regular hum and vibration as each train passes, but it was hardly noticeable and not significant enough to be an annoyance. The elevators didn't work, which made climbing five flights of stairs a serious challenge for my daughter in law. The managers apologized and offered compensation which has not yet been provided. I would stay there again.

Quiet building, loud streets

I'm writing this review as a VRBO Traveler/Owner. Overall, we enjoyed out three week stay yet will likely not return to this apartment in the Montparnasse neighborhood. PROs and CONs for clarity. PROs: good sized apartment, building it was quiet (no loud neighbors) - no short-term hostile stuff; clean common areas+elevator worked; appliances worked; we slept well at night with windows CLOSED; located 30min walk to the Seine; Metro/Train connections, etc. Property management company(Veeve) did a good job. Two oscillating fans helped with the heat at night. CONs: 750 meters away a hospital which draws lots of ambulances and commuters drove past our building morning/night; not a problem in winter as closed windows worked great yet in summer the noise from the street was continuous and *LOUD*. The apartment is "rustic" with very loud creaking floors, old bath taps and could use a couple coats of paint and shower curtain. Cups and bowls have chips in them; some flatware is rusting (ridiculous). Never a super host with that kitchen. Overall it felt the owner is pennywise and pound foolish. €500 spent at IKEA would polish this gem inside and make up for the structural shortcomings as well as justify the top of market nightly rate.

Großzügige Wohnung mit großem Wohnbereich; Schlafzimmer, Küche und Bad zweckmäßig. Perfekte Lage zur Metro, Einkaufen und Restaurants. Aufgrund der Lage an der Hauptstraße etwas laut wenn man die Fenster offen lassen will. Insgesamt eine gute Empfehlung.

Great location and lovely apartment!

Very well appointed apartment centrally located near Metro station, with access to a charming neighborhood with good restaurants. We walked to the Louvre and to the Eiffel Tower (36-38 minutes one way to each) but the Metro is fast and easy to use, too!

It was very hot inside the apartment (summer), and with the windows opened the street noise wouldn't let me sleep. I bought earplugs and manage to sleep the subsequent nights. Easy and accessible

It was really easy to get to the Palace of Versailles in 20 minutes by train from Montparnasse station. It was good to have a restaurant and a market near the hotel, and the subway was only 5 minutes away so I could go anywhere. It was useful for various kitchen materials, kitchen detergent and laundry detergent in the kitchen.
