Located on the 1st floor of a 16th century building, this apartment has been completely renovated between 2019 and 2022.

The entrance hall leads first to a separate toilet area, then to the living room. This area is typical parisian with high ceiling, beams, parquet floor. Furnishes and decoration were selected for comfort as for the sofa for 3 people, the armchair, the marble cofee table and the desk area.

After one step, you will discover the area with kitchen and the dining area for 4 people maximum.
This whole room is atypical with its high ceiling of more than 3 meters, the huge glass roof and the 2 windows giving to the street.

From this area, 2 doors for the 2 double bedrooms all facing the courtyard.
They have their own bathroom, one with its toilet, the other without toilet, the one of the entrance serving as a second toilet.

The first bedroom is next to the living room and opens onto it through a glass wall. A blackout blind provides total darkness.

The second bedroom opens onto a small patio. The bathroom can be reached by descending a few steps.

The 2 showers have a roof opening, which means that you can take a shower while seeing the sky of Paris, incredible but true.

Someone will always be on hand for check-in, i.e. to hand over the keys, show you around and explain the apartment's various functions. Likewise, we are available by e-mail, telephone and at the agency, ready to travel if necessary.

Perfect position, gorgeous apartment
We arrived on a very busy festival night in Paris and the small street the apartment is in was heaving with people in and out of the pubs and restaurants so we were concerned. Entering the beautiful apartment our minds were put at rest. The noise was no problem thanks to the double glazing and we could open the windows if we wanted some atmosphere. Plenty of comfort and room in this high end apartment, close to everything necessary. A couple of minutes walk to St Germaine market for food but so many restaurants/cafes close by. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, Musée Dorsey etc , lots to do in St Germaine and the Latin Quarter. Glamaparis made everything easy, great communication before and during, met us and also arranged airport transport- cont say enough about their service. Thanks for a great 30th anniversary trip!

A perfect apartment in the best possible location!
The apartment was awesome and more than met our expectations. Everything was provided, including access to Netflix! But the perfect location meant we could also access everything we wanted to visit and shop for each day. It was very comfortable and modern, enough space for the four of us, and we loved being in the heart of it all - even with the local bars and restaurants outside our door carrying on into the night and morning. Highly recommended for short stays. The support and service was excellent and we were appreciative of all the help and advice provided to us. Tres magnifique.

Loved our stay!
Staying in this wonderful apartment made our stay in Paris even more special. We loved everything about it - great location, fabulous design and immaculately clean. So many fun restaurants in the neighborhood - we wished we had time to try more of them. Very close to several metro stops, and easy to take the RER to the airport. We were surprised by how quiet it was given the location near busy bars and restaurants!

Wonderful place, perfect location
Our family of three enjoyed our 2 week stay. The location was amazing. So close to the Metro, wonderful shops, restaurants, and a market. The noise on the street did not bother us at all. Check in was easy. The amount of space was perfect. The only small negative is that the ceilings in back bathroom are low and we had to duck slightly to enter bathroom. But we are all almost 6 foot or taller! The washer and dryer were the best we have had in Europe. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

A Perfect apartment in a great location
This apartment exceeded our expectations in many aspects. Starting with Theodore's greeting at the property,to the efficient checkout procedures, everything was in order. The apartment is comfortable, modern, and well appointed. Absolutely perfect for three or four adults. We availed ourselves of the management's car service, to and from the airport, outstanding attention from Kareen, was a welcome site upon arrival.
