Modern, comfortable, family friendly villa situated on golf resort with pool

Situated on the popular La Torre Golf Resort. This modern detached villa offers a high standard of comfort throughout. Light and airy, the villa is furnished with modern decor, providing an ideal ambience for a restful stay. Set in a large, lawned garden with high fencing all around the property and bushes, perfect for young families and also has a safety fence around the pool for extra safety measures ideal again for young children but can be removed. Free wifi is available and heated pool depending on the season you plan to visit. The property has air conditioning and heating system in all main rooms, washing machine and dishwasher as well as the usual white goods.

Guests visiting the resort have access to 17 communal pools, several play areas, outdoor gyms and tennis courts as well as the excellent golf facitilities. There are bars and restaurants on the resort and a 5 star hotel with amenities.

There are beautiful beaches in the area from as little as 15 minutes drive away.

We the owners live in Manchester, UK. The property was bought by us off plan. The villa has been rented out for many years through "James Villa Holidays" and has an "Excellent" rating on their system.

Why they chose this property

The property has been well maintained and in excellent condition. It has all the home comforts required for a stress free, relaxing vacation. The villa is in a nice quiet area of the golf resort but within very easy walking distance from the town centre, communal pools, tennis courts and on site shop.
