Recently purchased, this home underwent complete renovation in the spring and summer of 2016. Fresh paint on all the ceilings, walls, new flooring throughout the entire home, and all new furniture, mattresses, box springs, etc. New for 2020 will be a new deck and screened-in porch.
This home is perfect for every season. Enjoy walks, biking, kayaking, or just lounging. Just minutes to Indian Mound golf course. The house sits on a large, 1 acre flat lot that is all grass. Full sun on the deck and the beach with large trees that shade the patio and half of the yard to accommodate everyone.
Cool off in the crystal clear water met by a sandy beach with shallow entry that’s great for your little ones. On the side of the home, an outdoor shower, and in the rear, a large deck and patio that overlook the lake and mountains. Gas grill and patio furniture with seating for 10 make for a perfect outdoor evening. And after dinner, move from the deck to the fire pit and pull up the Adirondack chairs to warm up and roast some s’mores.
