Fantastic Apartment in The City of Arts and Sciences

Nice apartment, completely renovated in 2018, very modern decoration. It is 5 minutes from the City of Arts and Sciences, near the subway, buses, bicycles and shopping centers. Very close to the beach.
Nice flat, totally refusbished in 2018, modern style. Is placed 5 minutes walking to City of the Arts and Ciences, close to metro station, bustop, bikes, shopping centers. Beach is 20 minutes walking

The apartment is completely new, with natural lighting in all the rooms, on an area of 117 m2 made up of 4 rooms (2 with a bed of 135, and 2 with a bed of 80 that becomes 160), 2 bathrooms and an office kitchen. It is located on the 5th floor, the building has elevators.

Geweldig appartement, voldoet aan verwachting.

Het verblijf bij Soraya’s place was zeer prettig. De slaapkamers zijn groot en het huis is volledig ingericht en voldoet aan verwachtingen. Wij hebben ons welkom en thuis gevoeld tijdens ons verblijf. Het is in een levendige buurt, met winkeltjes en barretjes. Het is op loopafstand van Turiapark en Oceanografic en een groot winkelcentrum. Als je naar het centrum wilt, is buslijn 4 op 4 minuten loopafstand. Naar het strand is bus 19, ook in de buurt. Fijne plek om te verblijven in Valencia.

Nice, but HOT

The location was good for us and the place was clean, but the air conditioner could not keep it even remotely cool, especially in the back bedroom. The owner responded to our complaint quickly, but nothing was wrong with it...it just couldn't cool the place, making it difficult to sleep. He did bring us one fan, but my sister purchased another two small fans for two of the other bedrooms. We were able to sleep some, but not comfortably. It also made it almost impossible for our family group to utilize the living area. The only "cool" place in the flat were at the bar in the kitchen where the air would blow directly on us, but that was intermittent. The two baths were very tastefully done. If a larger air conditioning unit was installed, we would consider staying here again, but otherwise, we wouldn't. Again, the owners were very responsive.
