We have now rented this property twice. The laundry facilities are in a room of the garage with another shower rom next door should you need it. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The table will accommodate 8 people and the corner sofa provide ampl e. The pool provide a jice reluef from the jeat.Foz has plenty of eateries and cafes a pharmacy and groceries shops. The larger town has multiple supermarkets.

Great location within an easy stroll to the lagoon and cafes - and central for further exploration.

A lovely family home with all amenities. The house manager was very helpful. Great draft through the house windows which negates need for ac.

Everthing was perfect !

A villa with a beautiful view of the lagoon, not far from touristic places and the beach in which children and adults can have fun: places that enable everybody to spend good holidays in family. A high quality villa that feels like home:)

Well-designed home

This is a lovely house, roomy and comfortable. Well positioned near shops and beach. It would be better if the weather was warmer but once the heating was turned on we were comfortable.

Great house with view on the lagoon

Central location between the beach and the village. The house is spacious and well equipped. Perfect for families with baby chair, cot, washing machine… The communication with Annette and Teresa was smooth and they were really helpful. We would definitely come back!

The house is spacious and within about a 10-15 minute walk to the lagoon and beach. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor space to spread out and relax. It is a really nice space for families or small groups. The house does not have AC so you need to keep the doors and windows open to stay cool. The night we arrived, it was VERY hot (there was a heat warning). Unfortunately, there was a music festival happening near the beach. Bands were playing until 4am and there was a fair amount of street noise so it was impossible to sleep with the doors and windows open. Not the host fault, but something to keep in mind if you need it cool to sleep.

View over the lagoon

This is our 3rd visits to Foz, different rentals each time. The villa is spacious and well located near all the facilities of Foz with a view of the lagoon. The beach is 20 minutes walk where there are restaurants. The complex has 6 villas and only 3 of these were occupied during our stay. Annette, the owner, is prompt at responding to any queries you may have.

Great villa in a great location

The villa was very well equipped and comfortable. We worried about having no air conditioning but it was fine even in July when there was a heatwave throughout Portugal. The sea breeze blew through the bedrooms upstairs keeping it cool. There's lots to do nearby, but you do need a car. The host was great at communicating and there is a local housekeeper to help with any questions. There was only 4 of us staying, but even with 6 it would be spacious. Definitely recommended.

Fabulous apartment

Loved our stay here! The property was really spacious and plenty big enough for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. The views over the lagoon were stunning and there's a great boardwalk walk down to the Atlantic beach and and an easier walk home via the lagoon (and some lovely bars!). We appreciated having the 2 outdoor areas - the front area for sunbathing and the back area for bbqs and eating. Good location to explore from. We regularly went to Peniche to surf (approx 30mins drive) and loved visiting the beautiful medieval town of Obidos. The manager, Theresa, was very friendly and always happy to help. I would recommend having a car at this property.

Parfait!

Großzügiges Haus in guter Lage

Wir haben unseren Urlaub in Foz sehr genossen, das Haus bietet genügend Platz für 6 Personen, ist mit allem, was nötig ist ausgestattet, hat einen schönen Pool (gemeinsam genutzt von insgesamt 6 Parteien, zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthalts waren allerdings nur 3 der 6 Reihenhäuser belegt) und einen herrlichen Aublick auf die Lagune, insbesondere von den Schlafzimmern im ersten Stock. Der Atlantikstrand ist in ca 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen und ist fantastisch, für kleiner Kinder eignet sich die Lagune sehr gut zum Baden. Foz ist bestens geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung, es gibt viel zu entdecken. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert!

Entspannte Tage am Meer

Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und hat uns als Familie mit Teenagern eine entspannte Zeit ermöglicht. Im Haus ist nahezu alles vorhanden, was man im Ferienhaus braucht. Es gibt vor dem Haus und im "Hinterhof" Sitzplätze im Freien, eine gute Grillmöglichkeit, funktionierendes W-Lan. Der Check-In und die Kommunikation im Vorfeld haben reibungslos geklappt. Der Ort selber bietet nicht viel aber immerhin einen Mini-Supermarkt und einen Bäcker. Wer etwas Atmosphäre mag, muss ein paar Kilometer fahren, z.B. nach Obidos. Interessante Ausflugsziele sind gut zu erreichen (Bathala, Fatima, Alcobaca z.B.), es gibt einen schönen Wanderweg entlang der wilden Küste. In der von uns gebuchten Zeit waren die Strände an der Lagune und am Meer sehr gut besucht. Schon am Morgen gab es z.T. keine Parkplätze mehr. In einer Viertelstunde ist der Weg gut zu bewältigen, wer aber kleine Kinder hat und viele Strandutensilien braucht, tut sich damit vielleicht schwer. Toll sind dafür für Familien mit Kindern die Bademöglichkeiten in der Lagune. Der Pool am Haus ist schön und gut gepflegt. Einziges Manko ist die (vielleicht nur in der Hochsaison?) vielbefahrene Straße vor dem Haus. Sie ist der Zubringer zur Umgehungsstraße und wird quasi von allen Strandbesuchern zur An- und Abfahrt genützt.

Vista sobre a Lagoa de Óbidos

Casa excelente para uma família, local sossegado a 2 minutos do centro da Foz do Arelho e perto das praia e Lagoa. Bem equipada, com uma decoração designes muito bom gosto, piscina agradável com vista para a Lagoa de Óbidos. Proprietário e responsável da casa sempre simpáticos e disponíveis . Voltaremos se possível!

Zeer ruime compleet ingericht huis. Prachtig uitzicht. Heel goed schoongemaakt. Ook tussendoor nog lakenwissel en schone handdoeken. Het huis werd tevens nog even gedweild. Zeer goed contact met Engels sprekende Therese, ter plaatse de contactpersoon. Op loopafstand van de stranden. Kleine Supermarkt op 5 minuten. Goede eetgelegenheden in de buurt. Goed contact met eigenaar. Minder geschikt voor mindervaliden.
