Located 500m from a sandy beach and all amenities, the apartment includes: comfortable living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher), 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), 2 WC. Also a parking space in the basement.

Excellent Location

The flat is in a great location and is very well equipped. The beach is at the end of the road and there is lots to do in the local area and beyond by way of days out. The other residents are friendly and communication with both owners and keyholders was very good.

Schöne Unterkunft, perfekt für den Sommerurlaub

Die Wohnung und die gesamte Anlage hat unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Die Terrasse ist riesengroß und sogar mit Liegen ausgestattet. Die beiden Badezimmer und die Küche waren in einem sauberen Zustand. Zum Meer sind wir weniger als 10 Minuten gelaufen, was die Unterkunft perfekt für einen Badeurlaub macht. An der Strandpromenade gibt es außerdem eine Strandbar und mehrere Restaurants. Für Ausflüge in die Stadt sind wir (mit dem Auto) ca 30 min nach Valencia gefahren. Die Kommunikation mit Raquel sowie auch der Check-in mit Francisco verlief reibungslos.

Super tolles Apartment

Alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Wir waren 7 Tage über Sylvester 2023 dort. Alles hat gepasst. Es war super sauber, sehr große Terrasse, es war alles da, was gebraucht wurde. Immer wieder gerne, wir werden bestimmt nocheinmal kommen

Wohnung mit großer Terrasse

Die Wohnungen entspricht der Beschreibung und ist erfreulich gut mit Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Die sehr große, von den Nachbarn gut abgetrennte Terasse bietet sich Mittags als perfekte Alternative zum Strand an - wahlweise mit Sonne und Schatten. Alles in Allem kann man die Wohnung gut weiterempfehlen - allerdings muss man mit größeren Fahrzeugen auf den Komfort der TG verzichten, aber während unseres Aufenthalts war es auch kein Problem einen Parkplatz auf der Straße zu finden.

Bel appartement fonctionnel avec une très grande terrasse agréable, une sympathique piscine dans un immeuble bien entretenu. Proche de belles plages. Environnement agréable malgré la multitude d’immeubles qui peuplent les rues.

Tranquilo y relativamente cerca de la playa

Es tranquilo aunque por la noche se escuchan los coches y motos al estar próximo a uno de los accesos al puerto. El apartamento es cómodo y con una gran terraza que nos permitió dejar las bicicletas sin estorbar, al ser un bajo tiene algunos problemas de olores par las tuberías que con el uso van desapareciendo, o te vas acostumbrando, el menaje está bien, tiene cuchillos grandes y que cortan, aunque algunas cazuela en lugar de una olla express no estaría mal. La playa está cerca y dejan una franja entre la orilla y las sombrillas que permite a los niños jugar y a ti pasear por la orilla son entrar en el agua, en los días que hemos estado el agua estaba tranquila y clara, una playa para estar agusto.

A bit tricky to connect with party who was to let us in. Some language challenges as we have no skills in Spanish. Unit may be better suited to couple with children as the second bedroom is tight for two adults. We were two couples traveling together. Very clean. As advertised.

L'appartement est très bien et très pratique pour visiter la région de Valence, l'appartement est très bien équipé, très propre, très confortable. L'Arrivée et le départ se sont fait sans souci Cependant 2 points à noter : Le sauna (équipement de la résidence) est dasn un très mauvaisé état (douche cassée, pièce et sauna très salle, présence de crotte de souris, pourssière ....) Le balcon donne sur une route, pas très passante
