Three minutes walk to the best beach in the city (the Malvarrosa) with its promenade and all kinds of the best restaurants on the beachfront with terraces for sunbathing, or dine under the moonlight, while taking a appetizer or the typical rice dishes or the classic Paella Valenciana.
